We are a proud military veteran family that has travelled all over the world and have discovered peace in a peachy state and humble place like this that we can retreat to after a long hard day continuing to serve in other ways. We welcome people from all over to share in this cozy and comfy laid back lifestyle that we have created to make all our guests feel at home. Even the dog can't resist laying by the pool! :-)

Why go anywhere else when you can have it all in this little piece of heaven on earth and living the American dream. Beautiful peaceful serenity in your own back yard with nature views of wildlife (geese, deer, or the occasional fox at dawn/dusk) a pond in the distance and a salt water pool with palm trees right off the deck while relaxing by the fireplace day or night on about 3 quiet acres. Only 15-20 miles to Clarks Hill Lake and Marina for the water sports woman or fisherman or 15-20 minutes to the Augusta Golf Courses or Augusta historic and cultural museums. We are in the middle of it all, but away from it all when you just need a quiet home in a natured setting to get away and decompress daily.

This home is in a very private country-like setting in a walkable neighborhood with only the local community members driving thru to their private 3-10 acre lot country setting homes. You will feel like you are out in the country but are only 2-5 miles from local restaurants, groceries, shopping, medical facilities and just about anything you could want or need. It also has the convience of being right off of I20 for a quick drive to Augusta, or if you prefer the beautiful country scenic route take Lewiston Road down to Evans also only about 15 minutes drive.
