This is a spacious 4-bedroom, open-concept vacation home with 6 beds including a luxury Japanese folding mattress stored in the closet. We're just a short 4-minute walk from paradise (the beach) and a 4-minute drive from the Big Store (the local grocery store). Keys are provided by a lockbox, just come right in! We even have an elevator (only enabled upon request for a $35 fee). Our wrap-around porch has been voted the best feature of our home. We've also upgraded to a massive 10-seater, solid wood dining table. Perfect for family dinners and board games (which we supply).

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom #1- 1 King bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom with built-in dedicated vanity and dual-headed shower, and built-in shower bench
Bedroom #2 - 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4), dresser, ceiling fan
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, ceiling fan, Queen Japanese folding mattess stored in closet (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom #1 - Part of the master bedroom. Has a huge walk-in-shower with independent showerheads, a dedicated vanity counter, stool, hairdryer, and bathroom towels
Bathroom #2 - Walk-in-shower with wide-area shower head
Outdoor shower: Great for rinsing sand and saltwater off after a long day at the beach.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Includes shaved ice machine, dishwasher, premium gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, crockpot, knife set, cutting boards, pizza stone, eating utensils, cookie sheets (for those homemade cookies after the beach), casserole dishes, mixing bowls, plates+bowels+cups+utensils, and a high-chair.

LIVING AREA:
Large smart TV perfect for watching sports. A comfortable couch and 2 leather power recliners! An arcade machine. Also included are some of our family's favorite board games: Giant Jenga, Cornholes, Uno, Mexican Train, and more.

PARKING:
The private drive can easily fit 3 vehicles.

OUTSIDE:
Upstairs: This home has a large wrap-around deck with an outdoor couch, gas fire pit, and plenty of chairs. There's also plenty of shade provided by the large overhangs. Wanting to grill? Our propane grill will help you out!

Downstairs: There's a picnic table and chairs. Please use the outdoor shower to clean off the sand and saltwater before going inside as washing off indoors can cause clogs and erosion.

GENERAL: Amenities include free WIFI, central air conditioning, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.
