We had a great stay at this property and the location is perfect for visiting Knoxville. Everything from restaurants to shopping to the UT campus is nearby. One thing to be aware of is this property is on the ground level and if someone in your party is sleeping on the sofa bed there are extremely bright lights shining right through the window which makes it hard to sleep. Although this unit is advertised as having free parking , instructions are a little confusing and we ended up getting a parking ticket. Overall this is a great property

We had an excellent stay in this very comfortable loft. The location was perfectly situated in a cool area of Knoxville - walkable to so many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. We also had a great loop run through campus and along the river. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very communicative. The parking lot was close, unfortunately the code did not work for us so we paid for parking the whole trip but it was easy to find parking nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to enjoy all things downtown Knoxville, especially if you’re spending time at UT campus. Parking close by and easy to access.

This unit was close to nearby restaurants within walking distance. The unit is on the first floor close to the front entrance, no stairs to climb. Clean and comfortable. However, the free parking was around the corner, up a slight hill. We opted to find closer pay parking for our convenience.

Beautiful loft with plenty of room. Beds are comfortable. Perfect location! Coffee and drinks directly across the street. To top it off the hosts are incredibly responsive and kind.

Very excellent stay, will definitely be back to stay for our next adventure

It was a great spot for us! You might want to bring a sleep mask or something for the light coming in the windows. Overall great experience, would highly recommend.

Holiday stay in Knoxville

Had a wonderful time staying downtown in the best location! The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and perfectly located to walk wherever you needed to go. We'll be back again!

Visit to Knoxville for UT Orientation

Cool property in a convenient location for walking to downtown and Market Square. We loved the loft vibes! Would have liked an iron/ironing board though.

Great property!

This was our first VRBO. It was exactly as described. Property was very clean, which was the most important thing for us. Located in downtown, so easy to walk to restaurants/shops. Communication was very good from start to finish.

Excellent!

Lisa really enjoyed our time at the Sterchi lofts. Was an excellent location close to Market Square. Communication with the host was excellent. We will be back - highly recommend.

Apartment was nice just the app for check in and check out not to easy. Didn’t see WiFi , no instructions for parking, the living area needs curtains But all around it was nice

Excellent loft in a nice area. Very happy there were no bugs. Everything was comfortable. The only problem we had was with the parking lot APP having a scam attached to it.

The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in late and was confused if this was the actual place or a janitorial closet (they thought it was my stuff so did not move). I alerted the management company, sent a photo twice, and communicated the desire to get this moved. They were apologetic but ultimately did nothing during our stay so we just left everything as-is in front of the door (which was honestly a fire hazard).

Great downtown location

Great unit that is steps away from both the Old City and Market Square. Hosts were very responsive and unit matched the online pics and very comfy. The unit is on the ground level right on the street (which we knew ahead of time from other reviews) and stayed over New Years and didn't find it too noisy. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms to help.

New Years Night Away

We decided to do something different and stay downtown with our kids and we absolutely loved this place. I was nervous at first that it was ground level, but you couldn't even tell. We walked to eat on Gay St., got treats at Kilwin's, hung out watching football and playing games, Door Dashed late night pasta and pizza... My husband even commented more than once how much he enjoyed it. Lauren was fabulous to communicate with one of the best stays we've had through Vrbo, and will definitely rent through Haven Rentals again.

Don’t expect a call back from a human being in this property

Great location, very noisy as it’s on the Main Street and first floor . We were instructed to download an app prior to departure for instructions on how to get to the unit . The code to the building was listed there , the code to the unit was not . Made several calls , emails and messages on the VRBO app. NO ONE ever called back , they sent the code in an email and message on the app 15 min later. The second day we were there , we were locked out of the building as the building managers changed the code and that was not given to us . Again several calls and emails and text messages later ( NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE ) , we got the code from a neighbor. 3 hours later the owner of the unit text us with the code . Imagine being locked out for 3 hours . We were in Knoxville for my daughter’s college graduation, I asked for an iron ( they have ironing board , no iron ) . I was as told they would get that to me , we never got it . They do not respond when you call , they may or may not text you if need anything. If it wasn’t for the mercy of a neighbor, we would have missed my daughter’s graduation.
