Perfect location. Room had a great view as advertised. We found more beach chairs and boogie boards then we were expecting, so that was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

Thanks for staying in Capri by the Sea 203 and for your feedback. Sorry the lack of balconies and the beach cleaning frequency impacted your stay. Most units have Juliette balconies, and others have full balconies. We appreciate the 4-star rating and hope to host you again. All Seasons Resort Lodging Team

Million dollar views and great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. I enjoyed listening to the waves at night and watching the surfers on the water at sunrise. The downside is the unit is very outdated and run down. Cracked tile, peeling paint from the walls, rusted mirrors, worn IKEA furniture, kitchen cupboards are old and stuck closed and the kitchen supplies are cheap and very old - only used the coffee pot, mugs and didn’t really cook anything. Beds were ok, but the unit definitely needs some TLC! We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrellas. Unit fans (no air conditioning) could be cleaned out as they were super dusty, we also saw quite a few ants.

Thank you for the review! We're so glad you enjoyed the ocean views, the waves at night, and the beach chairs and umbrellas. Thanks for the honest feedback on the unit's condition. We'll share it with the homeowner, have housekeeping give the fans a deep clean, and look into the ants. Hope to see you back on the boardwalk!

Bring the family!

Great place to bring the family. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk. There is a hot shower on the bottom level for washing up after the beach. The hot tub and pool are really clean and secluded.

Highly recommend this property and you just cannot beat this location! Beautiful views all day with access to amenities that most oceanfront properties can't offer. Clean and bright with plenty of space for a family of four. Looking forward to our next visit!

We really enjoyed the location of the unit and the floor to ceiling windows in both the master and living room were so amazing to wake up to! The security of the building was also comforting since it is on the main walkway along the beach of Pacific Beach The unit itself could definitely use an update, but we knew that going in from previous reviews. I will say, I didn’t find the unit to be super clean upon our arrival :(

The view is exceptional and looks just like the photos. Excellent location and comfortable.Observations:1. Since there is no A/C, the master bedroom fan only has one speed and wobbles. We were hot and had to open the doors.2. The fan in the other bedroom turns on and off with the light, so it couldn't be used properly.3. In the master bathroom, there was something resembling a spider under the light fixture; it wasn't clean.4. We weren't notified that the water would be shut off for a few hours; we had to call to find out what was happening.Otherwise, the staff and security guards were very friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the exceptional view, convenient location, and friendly staff. We’re sorry about the fan issues, cleanliness concern, and lack of notice about the water shutoff. We’ll share the fan feedback with the homeowner, have our team look into the bathroom, and flag the water-shutoff communication with building management.

The location of the property was excellent as I am 85 and was recovering from 3 surgeries in 10 months. However, it is my opinion that management needs to review what the cleaning staff is doing because the tile floor throughout the residence did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly as walking barefoot made the bottom of our feet dirty. Otherwise, the accommodations were ok for the time we were there.

Thank you for the review! We are so glad the location was convenient and accessible for your stay, but I am very sorry to hear about the dirty floors. That is certainly not our standard, and we will be speaking directly with our cleaning team to ensure the floors are thoroughly scrubbed moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Capri by the Sea!

Beautiful Views of Pacific Beach

The place, location and the neighborhood were great. The views of the Pacific beach were outstanding and the area is pretty walkable, even at night, so we enjoyed it a lot. The unit was also very clean and the check-in/checkout process was very smooth. It was an awesome experience living at Capri by The Sea.
