The hosts were very responsive with questions. The site was very clean and all the utilities worked perfectly. Definitely on our list of places to return.

Unbelievable view at Destin!

Unbelievable view at Destin! The condo was very very nice. The view is spectacular, very nice pool area, and all the amenities that Destin comes with. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect! It was so clean, beautiful and had a perfect view of the ocean. I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee while watching the waves it’s so close to the beach it’s literally a few steps to the beach. It was nice because we could take a break from the beach and walk to make lunch at our place instead of packing a lot of stuff. We also appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrellas and other miscellaneous beach items that were in the condo. It had everything we needed. All I had to buy was groceries. The host was great. We had no problems during our stay here. I can’t express how beautiful the condo is pictures does not do it justice. My only regret is not being able to stay longer will definitely be back next year!

Girls trip - beware bunk beds

Lovely oceanfront view, nicely decorated. I must have missed descriptions of bunk bed in second bedroom. Bunk was inaccessible for our age group. Other than bunk bed issue, great space.

Magnificent View!

Beautiful apartment. There are really no negative things to say about it. Very spacious and well kept and the view is just the cherry on the top. Kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There are several beach accessories available as well. Beach is just across the street and it has a few grocery shops close by. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will come back to it myself when visiting Miramar Beach again.

Beachfront Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. This is actually our 2nd time in this same exact unit. The unit is just as presented. The owners and quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the washing machine, which is a MUST for our family on a beach trip, and the owners werw on top of it as soon as we let them know. Kitchen in well equipped, there wasnt anything we needed that they did not have. And you cannot beat the view and location. Nice property and pool, easy walk to the beach, never had to wait for elevators.

Beautiful Condo, Incredible Views

Beautifully decorated condo. Very comfortable for 5 people. Quick walk to the beach area. Clean condo and very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We liked the large pantry as well. Internet was incredibly fast at 200 mbps. Elevators were quick and accessible. Plenty of parking in the covered garage, even during Spring Break. The beach was clean and we loved the powdery white sand and clear, emerald water. We had beautiful views of the gulf from the large balcony. The clear, emerald water was something we had not experienced before. Lots of shallow areas for kids to play. 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were provided and some beach toys. There was a vacuum cleaner, mops and brooms provided. I appreciated that because it was the first condo I have stayed in that provided cleaning supplies. Definitely stay here again.

Poor communication, unrealistic owners

Sent 2 messages prior to check in, received no responses. Day 3 of the stay something broke, did as i would do in my own home to prevent after hours emergency call, reached out to owner following morning and could instantly hear the edge because of the issue. They sent Maintenence. Who couldnt speak a english, and couldnt fix the problem. Finally got a call back after 4 hours of Maintenance leaving and they said they could move us. The condo they my us to was not the same set up with no bedroom gulf view and very dirty. Also didnt have the same amenities (chairs, umbrella). Contacted owner and again received no response. Very disappointing experience. Will not rent from these owners again.

I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. On day three, we were notified that the shower faucet had broken off inside the wall. A licensed plumber responded and determined the damage was due to excessive external force, which caused the internal cartridge to break. This required the water to be shut off for repairs. Despite the costly damage, we never charged you or placed blame—we simply focused on solutions. We offered two fair options: A full refund for the remaining stay, including cleaning fees, so you could find another rental. A similar unit at Majestic Sun, which came at an added cost to us. I explained that we couldn’t reduce that rate further, but it was a comparable option. When we spoke, I reiterated these offers. I’m sorry the conversation was upsetting—it was never our intent. While neither unit includes seasonal beach service, we responded promptly and let you know it was okay to use the chairs in 1011A. After your departure and before your review, VRBO reached out with what felt like an ultimatum for more compensation. We’ve always tried to be fair, responsive, and respectful throughout. We genuinely hope future guests will see that we acted in good faith and worked hard to make things right.

Place needs some attention

1.) Location was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. This is the one thing we were super happy with as we spent a lot of time outside of the place. 2.) We stayed a week there with a family of 5 and this place had a lot of dated supplies or not enough. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom that was the cheapest thinnest roles you could find. One roll of papertowels also the thinnest kind you could find. A bent broom. Two garbage bags. I have owned 4 VRBO's and thoughtfulness goes along way. Not just another body. I paid a lot to stay here and the amenties for the room were very limited and not thoughtful for a family of 5. 3.) Place deff needs some TLC. The place is dated and needs some new screens on both doors. Bathrooms need some updating. The vents were dusty. 4.) The only other thing I would share is we arrived at 11pm and the gate guard was just saying his shift was over and it took us a bit to find the place. We had to ask a couple walking around where the building was as it was hard to find at night. We eventually found it. Overall the owners need to put a little bit of money into the place to update it and be more thoughtful of their guests that stay there. I would find another place next year in the same area.

Great getaway!

We love the location, love the area, beautiful beach- the gulf was the most beautiful we’ve ever seen it! Crystal clear all week! So clear that we saw a dolphin & a sand shark cruising the coast line! Much needed getaway, we’ll be back!

Christmas Vacation

Overall, this was a great location and great views of the Gulf. The only minor issues we had with the home was the coffee pot was extremely dirty (hadn’t looked like it was ever cleaned), the wine glasses had hair on them, and the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work (couldn’t get system turned on with remote, other tvs worked well). The home was very comfortable (chairs, couches & beds). I would still highly recommend this location for any family.

Great unit with gorgeous view of Miramar beach (and sunsets)

The unit is located with a great angle on the sunset (many in these building can't see it), and a top-down view of the gulf allowing for dolphin pod watching every other day. We will definitely be returning here. My 'only' gripe was with the kitchen sponges. 4 old, worn out, dirty sponges were left and 0 fresh sponges. It was the first thing I went to buy to not be grossed out. After that. Great stay.

Destin Beach

Destin is a great place to Vacation, and this place has an excellent view of the beach. We love the sound if the ocean and would leave the sliding glass door open at night time to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Great view - Question how clean the condo was.

We booked very last minute but we paid in full and the owners did not have a problem taking our money. However, when we showed up the room was a diaster. Dirty towels were on the kitchen table and still not clean from the last family. (Which made me super uncomfortable with Covid 19) The owners answered our complaint and offered our money back. However, we already had all our stuff in the room including groceries we bought from Walmart. The view was great! Kitchen pretty much all the accessories and the bed was comfortable. But, it makes you think how clean really everything was since they were in a rush. We left and came back later that night after dinner. The buck beds had debris all on the sides that really needed to be cleaned out! The inside shower curtain had mold on them and the Dryer was really slow! The furniture is not in the best shape and the whole condo could really use a deep clean. Liveable for a week.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time, check in was easy, the unit was nicely decorated, the view is fantastic. Contacted the property manager for a noise when using the dryer but it stopped after awhile, they responded right away! Looking forward to 2022!

Great place to get away

We all had a great time staying here. Short walk to the beach, bed slept great, more than enough towels and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only thing is the dryer...it needs to be cleaned out. It took 3 rounds before the clothes dried but other than that there were no problems. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location

Location for beach access was great. Make sure you are ok with heights…10th floor is up there ☺️The condo is nicely upgraded and furnished. The unit was mostly clean, not as thoroughly as you would expect with pandemic…lots of dusty surfaces, which leads you to question how clean everything is. I anticipated and brought my own cleaning supplies and Lysol to spray everything down. There are a few things that could be improved, but not enough to complain about, 1. Dishwasher soap drawer would not open; 2. Washer and Dryer controls are not set properly, so you really had to mess with them and then had no idea what settings you were actually on (although on a positive it was nice to have them at all); 3. Master tub doesn’t drain well. Again…none of these were deal breakers. It is a pretty big complex so you may have to wait on elevator. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the proximity, view and roominess of this condo. If visiting in the future and were looking to stay in a large complex we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your 5 star review Emma. We actually replaced the dryer control this weekend. We will clear that drain as well.
