Bright, Breezy Condo på Palmy Shore

Thank you so much Jesse! We couldn’t have had more co-operative and kind guests.

Thanks very much for your review, Clifford. We're so pleased you found the condo comfortable and convenient. We hope to welcome you back again one day.

Thanks Brenda for your appreciative review. I’m so glad you enjoyed St Kitts and found the condo comfortable. Your comments will certainly be useful to other potential guests!

Thanks Rich and Joan! I'm so glad you enjoyed your time in lovely St Kitts. Potential guests will find your recommendations very helpful. And thank you for being so pleasant and accommodating over arrival and departure arrangements. I'd be delighted to welcome you back any time! Sue.

Dear Lynn, Thank you for your review, and I’m glad you appreciated the ease of communication between us and the service provided by our excellent manager Jackie Browne. I’m pleased you enjoyed the situation of the condo and its proximity to amenities. However, of course I’m sorry to hear that you found the condo itself disappointing. I was particularly concerned that you felt the description on the website was misleading (something which has not been mentioned by other guests in recent years). I have amended the description to acknowledge your concerns. Some of the issues you mention: e.g. wallpaper coming loose, cupboards not closing properly, if reported to the maintenance team, might have been put right discreetly while you were out. More structural issues such as the crack in the floor tiles have been scheduled for repair for over a year, and because this kind of work often falls to outside contractors, there are sometimes long delays, which is frustrating. It’s also unfortunately the case that not all owners can afford a complete renovation all at once: some of us have to schedule a more gradual rolling program of works. I do apologise if these issues affected your enjoyment of your vacation. Of course it is reviews by guests like you which help potential guests to decide whether a property will suit them or not, and I thank you for taking the trouble to write your honest appraisal. People look for and appreciate different things, and I would urge anyone wondering whether to rent our condo, to read your review and the the other reviews from recent guests, and decide whether it will suit them or not. I am glad you contemplate returning to St Kitts and hope you will have a very happy trip next time. Kind regards, Sue.

Thanks very much for your very positive review, Harald. You obviously enjoyed St Kitts and appreciated what the condo has to offer. We're so glad you were comfortable and we would be delighted to welcome you back again one day.

Keith and Wendy, thank you for taking the time to write such a positive review - we're really pleased that you had such a good stay. Your comments will certainly help future guests to know what to expect. I'm also delighted that you found Bullseye Car Rental so helpful. We do heartily recommend them, and having a car certainly transforms the experience of staying in St Kitts and Nevis, although as you say the condo is close to all amenities. We do hope to welcome you back one day!

Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a detailed, accurate and thoughtful report. It will certainly help readers to decide if our condo will suit them. We look forward to welcoming you back at any time - you were so responsible, reasonable and easy to deal with. We wish your daughter every success with her studies in St Kitts.

Thank you! We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay in our condo. You were the perfect guest and will be welcome any time. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon.

Thanks Shaun for your review - I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of the many delights St Kitts has to offer. The tips you give will be really useful to future guests. Thank you for being so patient and tolerant of the details which weren't quite satisfactory. I'm sorry that the manager wasn't available during your stay. New Year is a National holiday and I believe there was also a family bereavement to deal with. I would advise guests to book catamaran trips etc direct with the companies as our manager is mainly responsible for the maids and maintenance rather than booking excursions, though she can advise. I have acted on your suggestion and ordered some extra beach towels. I have also made arrangements to add credit to the condo's mobile phone remotely rather than relying on guests to top it up for the next users. And I will ask maintenance to investigate the drips from the air-con in the twin bedded room. We would be more than happy to welcome you and your friends back to the condo any time!

Thanks very much for your enthusiasm. So pleased you loved delightful St Kitts and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thanks so much for your review and we're delighted that you enjoyed you stay so much. Your tips will be very helpful for future guests and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back in a few weeks' time.

Thanks very much for your review. We're very pleased you enjoyed your stay in St Kitts and we're sure your comments will be very useful to others planning their vacation. We hope to welcome you back one day soon!
