We offer multiple units at this property, all of them consistently designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style is consistent, the layout and view may vary by unit.

Security Deposit:
Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card, the deposit is U$150 per unit. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

The communal Clubhouse facilities include:

***** LONG STAYS INFO:
We do provide a starter kit for each unit with toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer, detergent, etc... It will last you for 3 or 4 days, after that, how this unit is self-catered, you have to buy your own supply in the supermarket or request on your grocery delivery of preference.
Guest access
Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your account.
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.
Other things to note
Check-in time: 4:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am

This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

March 28- May 30th- Pirate’s Cay will be open Friday-Monday from 12-8pm each day. Closed Tues, Wed & Thursday.
May 31st- October 31st- the hours are Thursday-Monday 12pm -8pm and closed on Tuesday Wednesday.

Rules for changing dates:
1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.
2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).
