The community is anchored by a convenient neighborhood Publix and features hundreds of thousands of square feet of additional dining, retail, shopping, and service businesses all just minutes from your doorstep.*A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the Hoa. During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.*Completion of the Hoa Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required.
