Ground floor corner unit right by the pool. Watch the sunrise and the boats on your private screened porch while enjoying your morning coffee. Conquistador Condo has so much to offer, including multiple pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, fishing pier, golf and walking trails. Close to shopping, beach and historical downtown. Experience the serenity tucked away in this quiet and unique location. Strict non-smoking policy, subject to additional cleaning fees. No parties, no events-only the contracted guests are allowed on the home. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by hosts. Please contact host directly for any questions or concerns, as the onsite office is an HOA service office for residents ONLY and cannot assist guests. For the safety of guests and residents, a background check may be required prior to check-in. The cost is covered by the host. We are glad you have chosen us!

Lovely condo and beautiful grounds. The view out the patio is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts too. Great rental!

Our stay was just lovely. The apt was very well equipped, furniture very comfortable and the beysd was fabulous. We had a great location, terrific porch and our hostess was always available when we had questions.I could not have asked for a more perfect experience.

We loved this place. Wonderful view of the marshes and waterways. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Host was very responsive regarding any questions we had. The pool is very close, tho not heated, so rather chilly in January. Definitely would like to return

Wonderful condo

We had a fabulous time in this clean beautifully decorated condo. The back porch view was stunning and the convenience to the pool was so nice. We also enjoyed the quietness of the Neighborhood and just a few miles away from the beaches and downtown. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Great Stay

This condo is very nice and comfortable. The views of the river/intracoastal were wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Renata, the host, was very kind and welcoming and a couple minor issues we had at the beginning were resolved quickly! I would recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view.

The condo was very clean, on the bottom floor so no steps, very well maintained, gorgeous furniture and decor and right next to the pool. My husband and I went to St. Augustine every day ( 20 minutes) to celebrate our 40 anniversary. Then came back and had a glass of wine and watched the sunset:

Wonderful Condo!

I’ve stayed at several condos at the Conquistador and they’ve all been great. This one, however, was the nicest of any I’ve stayed in. Can’t think of anything that was lacking. Great view of the Matanzas River- loved watching the sunrise over the river each morning. Really nice setup for the living room and dining area- not crowded, but no wasted space and plenty of spots to sit and relax. Both bedrooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The complex is quiet and peaceful- really nice atmosphere. Had a great stay at this condo!
