“South Breeze” with its breathtaking views, access to Grape Bay Beach and a pool overlooking Bermuda’s South Shore is everything desirable for the perfect vacation or working holiday.

There is a large veranda, perfect for al fresco entertaining, or lounging. The property is within walking distance of the City of Hamilton, the Botanical Gardens, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, Coral Beach & Tennis Club, and the Pomander Gate Tennis Club. It is close to the best beaches, restaurants and food markets and easily accessible to public transportation.

Great Location

Super nice location - convenient short rides to town or local attractions! Nice private beach. Supermarket nearby for simple supplies. We had one bad day of seaweed smell after tropical storm but rest of nights were beautiful. Easy going airport- our first time flying in.

Incredible stay

What a wonderful property, very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful views. Super beach close by. Great pool. Convenient to everything on the island with very responsive and informative taxi drivers. Communication with property managers was super too. We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice place with a great view of ocean

Our mid-July stay was very good. The place is centrally located so getting to either side of the island was a 30-min max taxi ride in any direction. The ocean view was amazing. The owners were also EXTREMELY patient & understanding when we encountered the Microsoft-CrowdStrike IT outage that delayed planes for hours. They moved around the cleaners & let us stay in the condo several hours past check out time. The inside of the condo was clean but could use updating. The light switches were hard to identify (labels please) & some lights didn’t work. Both bathroom fans seemed to blow intake air instead of exhausting it so we did not use them. No matter where you sat on the couch you sunk into large divots in the middle cushions. The deck was quite lovely & we spent a lot of time at night relaxing on it. However, there was no umbrella base, which could be the reason that the umbrella was broken when we used it. The beach is an 8 min. walk to get to & the beach chairs provided not what we are used to on the east coast of the US. The 4 chairs provided were canvas folding chairs so reclining was not possible & the beach umbrella (only 1 for 4 of us) was small & flimsy & collapsed several times. The pool was great but there was no place to sit around it. There were two older plastic sitting chairs, not lounge chairs. It would have been great to have a place to lay back & relax at if there were lounge chairs at the pool. Even w/those inconveniences, we really did have a great stay!

Great location, great host

Beautiful spot with ocean views and a short but hilly walk to a fantastic beach. Host was very helpful and responsive to all our questions.

Perfect !

We truly enjoyed our stay in Paget! The cottage was beautiful and had everything that we needed for our visit including for cooking. We particularly loved the view, the pool and the local beach. We met the owners who are absolutely lovely people. It was a wonderful stay! The Peleton was a huge plus for us !

Wonderful stay

This was our first visit to Bermuda and this was a great place to stay. Access to Grape bay beach cannot be overstated, it was amazing!!! With a family, access to laundry and a full kitchen were also key. There are also two different pools available which is a nice break from the beach. We would love to stay again!

Great view

The house is very nice. Could be a bit cleaner. There was a lot of hair on the couch covering. The beds were comfortable. We did not realize from the original listing that the pool is actually shared with other homes. The only 2 lounge chairs by the pool were is terrible shape, so I would recommend getting some more furniture around the pool so people have a place to sit by the pool, especially for what we paid. That was a disappointment. Also, it would have been nice if the house had some umbrellas we could have used as it rained quite a bit and we didn't have any rain gear, so we were stranded in the house. Communication with the management company was very good, as they are very responsive. The private beach within a few minutes walk was very nice.

Stunning location, wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for us, a family of three with a teenager. The view of the ocean from the deck and pool is amazing, we loved the sound of surf crashing on the reef as our vacation soundtrack. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all mod cons. Caretaker was next store, available to answer any question or need. Short walk to private Grape Bay beach, which is beautiful. One thing to note is it is a fairly long walk to the bus stop. This was not a problem for us, but if one has difficulty walking or sensitivity to the heat, this should be taken into account. This is not a criticism in any way. We would love to return someday!

Best Bermuda Beach House Ever!

I have been going to Bermuda since I was a kid. I now bring my family every year and we stay at a house instead of the hotels. We have been on the search for the perfect house. We have FOUND IT! The view is unmatched, the walkable almost private beach is gorgeous, the pool is an over-the-top bonus and the neighbors are delightful. The whole experience was fantastic and the house is in the perfect position on the island to enjoy Hamilton, scoot to stunning beaches and enjoy all the adventures in Bermuda. We are pretty mobile and comfortable on the island, but the whole team was super friendly in helping us with our stay. If this house is available when you are looking to go to Bermuda, do not hesitate to book. We loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and the Peloton with a view! The main bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom which was perfect if you are bringing your kids. This is the first house we've stayed in that had all of the appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc) and it made our two weeks so enjoyable and easy to pretend like we lived there. Please make this house available next summer. We would love to come back. And thank you again for hosting us!

Paget Parish Paradise

I highly recommend staying at the SouthBreeze cottage. The cottage is in a nice, quiet neighborhood conveniently located to a grocery store, pharmacy, and the capital city of Hamilton. The property has a beautiful oceanfront view and is a 5 walk to Grape Bay beach. Unfortunately during most of our stay there was an unusually high number of jellyfish (Portuguese man of war). Other south side beaches were experiencing this as well so we simply spent our time at beaches on the north side of the island. The beach cottage was very comfortable and well stocked. The property owner was very responsive to any need we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at SouthBreeze and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
