Come fall in love with the beauty and peace of Sandbridge Beach while enjoying the very best view in all of Virginia Beach! When you first walk in, the view will take your breath away. This two-story, corner, oceanfront penthouse delivers the best of all worlds; brilliant sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and golden sunsets over Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. You’ll enjoy surfing the waves, watching the dolphins play, building sandcastles, fishing, kayaking, bike riding, and so much more. The kitchen features a host of recent upgrades, including high-end GE stainless steel appliances, an oversize refrigerator, a microwave oven, a wine cooler, a buffet, a pantry, and a wraparound breakfast bar. The granite and sea glass backsplash is custom-designed. The open dining area overlooks the ocean and offers a 10-foot table and chairs.

The living room is decorated with the colors of the sea and sand, featuring a comfortable sectional and other seating options that are perfect for family gatherings. The large TV has great color and sound for movie nights. Additional amenities include TVs in all of the bedrooms, a DVD player, a book library, games, puzzles, free WiFi, and a computer desk. A pack-n-play and high chair are also provided so that even the smallest guests aren't left out of the activities.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
