Denne hems, der blev bygget i 2006, er en rolig tilbagetog. Det er en rummelig fod på 850 kvadratmeter, med et fuldt udstyret køkken og et dækket dæk med solnedgang med en gasgrill. Downtown, Lake Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho College og City Park ligger alle inden for 2-10 minutters gang. Centennial Trail ligger inden for en blok, og skiløb er kun 45 minutter væk. Det er en fantastisk lanceringsplade til et aktivt besøg.

Hidden Gem

We had a great time during our stay at the Loft. It is a home away from home, and David is an excellent host providing great amenities for the outdoors. Our visit was mainly to see our son, but we did so much more in this lakefront town of Couer d'Alene. The loft had everything we needed for the perfect visit!

Great Stay

David was a great host and the property was a perfect fit for us. Great location close to parks, lake/beach, and the shops and dining of downtown.

Perfect stay in Coeur d'Alene

Although we only stayed two nights, we thoroughly enjoyed Coeur d'Alene and the Loft!! The location was great for walking to the shoreline and downtown locations. Two "must-do's" were the dinner cruise and the Dr. Bird Aviation Museum at the airport. The loft had everything we needed to make the stay super comfortable!!

Marvelous stay

Great location near resort, boating options, downtown, pickleball and biking or hiking trails. Super fun and nice place for my hubby and I to explore the area!

Perfect location and friendly host

I stayed here just one night for an event in downtown CDA and it was the perfect walking distance. The owner was very friendly. We did have one issue with not being able to find a parking pass for street parking (it had been taken by a previous guest), but the person listed in the contact information to help me was prompt and gave me a suggestion on where we could park nearby. There appeared to be a lot of fun extras (kayaks and outdoor activities) in the garage that I was not able to take advantage of due to my short trip but I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or small family. Also warning for large vehicles…parking is tight but doable!

Cute studio apartment above the garage

Great location. Quiet and private. I had everything I needed. A five minute drive to Tubbs Hill where you can swim, cliff jump, rent a paddleboard or kayak nearby. The beach two blocks down from the apartment doesn't allow dogs. But I preferred Tubbs Hill for swimming, so I didn't mind. There's also a great marina restaurant that is dog friendly there!

Great location

The property is in a great location. Easily walkable to resort/lake/downtown. It was very clean and well stocked. David was the perfect host! If you are light sensitive, the bedroom faces sun rise and the blinds do let in light from that and also the neighbors garage light that is on all night. If you have a long SUV, the turning room to back out of the driveway is tight. We have a normal sedan and usually had to make a 3 point turn to avoid hitting the fence across the narrow alley (as two people before us have done). That said, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back here again.

Perfect spot to enjoy downtown CDA

Everything we were looking for. Clean, central, convenient. Grilled steaks on the deck and swam in the lake. Will book again, for longer next time!

Private & Spacious

My 23 year old daughter & I drove over from Montana to enjoy a few days on the lake. This place is super close to everything & walkable to the beach. The upstairs covered deck was super sweet in the morning & at night. The property is well stocked and very comfortable. We met the host & he was very kind. 10 thumbs up! Thanks so much!

Quaint loft for 2

David was a gracious host. He communicated quickly when we noticed the AC was not working. He had a repair person out quickly to fix it; which we were grateful for after a long day of exploring CDA in the heat. We stayed 4 nights. It was a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to CDA lake. We would definitely stay again!

Great Neighborhood!

David's place is clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking meals in, the a/c was already on when we arrived, and there is even a washer and dryer. The lake is a short walk through a super cute neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and stop to talk. You can walk to lots of restaurants and activities. David left clear instructions about where everything is and even recommended restaurants and hikes. We would definitely stay again if we visit Coeur d'Alene in the future.

Best Place in CDA for a Couple

The place is amazing and it is no wonder why it consistently receives top reviews. It it well designed, well equipped, well kept, and well located. Furthermore, David is a great host. We stayed one week and walked to town, the CDA resort, Tubbs Hill, and the beach/park many times. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The place is large with a great deck to enjoy outside privately. Furthermore, you have your own single car garage with garage door opener. How often does that happen? Thanks David!!!

Lovely studio close to sites

This apt was lovely. The adjoining neighbor’s yard was full of hydrangeas & he gave us some as we came up the sidewalk. Bed was comfortable & host very communicative when we had a question. We would stay again!

Highly recommended

The apartment is well thought out and very comfortable in every way, with everything we needed (we could live there), and the spacious covered deck made it even better. It's in a fantastic location, within walking distance of everything that makes CdA such a great place to visit: the lake/beach/marina, city park, McEuen Park, downtown shops and restaurants, and the trails on Tubbs Hill. It was also delightful to walk in the surrounding quiet neighborhood of well maintained older homes with interesting architecture and beautiful gardens. David, the host, came by one day while we were relaxing on the deck, to be sure everything was satisfactory, and we enjoyed meeting and talking with him. We would definitely want to stay there again when we're in the area - not changing a thing. Thanks, David!

Great location in Coeur d'Alene!

David's place was very clean and offered everything we needed. He had great options for activities and restaurants for us while visiting the area. It was also very easy to communicate with David. He was thoughtful to see my son playing basketball and noticed the ball was flat, so he pumped it for him. As well as cleared a larger area outside for the kids to play. I highly recommend staying at one of David's properties next time you're in the area. Our only complaint was the quality of the mattresses, which weren't very good, but overall we loved our stay!

Great Stay

The property was clean and beautiful. This is a loft so there are some stairs to navigate. The parking is off the main street so it can be a little hard to find but once you know where to go it is great. Instructions to the parking is in the listing. The loft is only a couple of blocks away from the lake and really close to the CDA resort so this is a prime spot for all the events throughout the year. The loft is one bedroom but has a sofa/bed in the main room and the property owner also provides a spare mattress and air bed. There are plenty of dishes and a grill available for cooking and plenty of sheets and blankets for the bedding. The Silverwood theme park is about a 35min drive away so it is nice and close. There is a Regal cinemas about 10 min away. We had a great stay and recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

Property was just as described. Wonderful apartment over detached garage. Owner has done a great job making the space feel private and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but we loved the homey vibe. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with the basics, bed was comfy, and garage was full of goodies to use at the lake (only 3 blocks away). Only a 5 min easy walk to the park and 10 mins to downtown restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this VRBO to others!

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay at the loft. Super location in a a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes from the lake and a short walk to downtown. Perfectly sized living space and the deck was a special spot to enjoy morning coffees. David was a great host and very responsive.

Great stay

We were happy to stay at the loft. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. It was very tranquil sitting on the covered patio each morning and drinking coffee. The loft stayed cool with the a/c unit on a 91 degree day. We were within walking distance to the beach and downtown. It was so convenient to park our car and bicycles in the secured garage. We highly recommend the space.

In June of 2016, I retired after 37 years as an elementary school teacher and principal in Coeur d'Alene. I love what is accessible from the loft and my house, (on the same property) by foot, on bikes or by car. I enjoy great hiking, fishing, bicycling, cross country and alpine skiing within 45 minutes. I love Coeur d'Alene!

I have lived in this neighborhood since 1983; the loft is on the back of the property where I live.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

I enjoy walking three minutes to the lake, biking the Centennial Trail from my house, walking to events and restaurants and bars downtown and at North Idaho College. I have rented to Ironman athletes for each of the 12 years of the event, and in 2009 and 2011 I completed the race.
