Kick back and relax in this stylish lakefront home with a gentle glide to the lake. Easy access from I-75, a convenient boat launch, and a quite cove await. Make memories boating, waterskiing, fishing, nights by the fire, and enjoying the magnificent surroundings of Lake Norris. In peak summer season, a lake front gazebo and dock/swim platform is included. Be sure and check with us in non peak season for water levels. There is also WIFI, ROKU, cable TV, and games. Easy drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge Smokey Mountains Nat Park & Norris Damn St Park. Pet Friendly

House is very nice and in a great place on the lake. Description of property is very accurate. Only downside is water level was down so we could not use the dock. The house and drive are not a great place to have a boat because the driveway is very narrow and it's tight to maneuver a boat around before you can get it in the water. Mountain Lake Marina is just minutes away and is very nice.

Family boat trip

House is great and is as the photos show. Location was huge highlight as it’s short drive off I75, close to Marina, and not a huge grade change from house to dock which is usually not the case at Norris so made getting to and from the boat easy for the kids

Our family had the absolute best time on vacation this year. The house and location were super! It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Convenient location

I loved the location of this property. It is a short ten minute drive to the interstate. It sits back in a cove so our boat didn’t get beat up with wake waves. I loved that I could take my dog. The A/C works great. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The fire pit is great. The walk to the dock isn’t very steep. Plentiful parking for trailer. There were plenty of towels, trash bags detergent and toilet paper. There were a few issues. The smoke alarm would go off anytime I turned on a stove burner. We brought along a box fan in case the A/C would be sub par (AC was fantastic) and ended up needing to sit it on a bar stool directed at the smoke detector every time I had to brown some ground beef or sausage. Also we were a family with three young adult children and the bathroom situation was awkward. There is a queen bed with an attached bathroom only accessible through that bedroom. The other bathroom is off the kitchen. The master king bedroom has to use that kitchen bathroom along with the people who are staying in the loft. Yes, we could walk through one of our grown children’s bedrooms to use that other shower/toilet but it was just awkward. Would have been fine with young children. The covered dock is great. We were there in June with plenty of water. However you may want to check water levels in late summer/fall as it wasn’t terribly deep. There was a pay to launch marina very close by. The free boat launch was closed. We had a fun stay.Communication with host was excellent.

Perfectly described weekend getaway.

Communication with the property owner was perfect. Joni followed up promptly by cell and even accommodated our family when we arrived a day earlier than planned. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and updated. Located minutes off I75 it was easy to locate and well marked. The location was near the marina with Norris Lake access. A very safe area with nice neighbors. The proximity to UTK campus in Knoxville was easy to get to. Local stores and a Walmart allowed to pick up items we needed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway stay.

Wonderful home and great vacation

Norris Lake was such a great vacation, and this lake home made it extra special. The home was very clean, and we had everything we needed for a great stay at the lake. The owners were great communicators whenever we needed anything. Thank you! We instantly felt at home there and look forward to going back. The cove was so relaxing to just climb in a raft and float around. A marina is right around the corner, which was also very convenient. Our family had such a great time at Norris Lake, and we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful home on the water. Easy to get to and easy to get to the local attractions. We spent so many hours sitting on the porch, eating and playing games and enjoying the beautiful weather. Our family loved this place.

Cozy Hideaway

We wanted a place for the five adults in our family to gather casually for rest, games and privacy over Thanksgiving. This property delivered with one big, cozy, clean and nicely decorated main room that met our needs. The bedrooms were nice and comfy. The bathrooms were clean but a little small. The galley kitchen was sufficient for our limited cooking. The setting was nice but the lake level was so low that many of the advertised amenities were inaccessible. But we had a good time and overall it was a fine property.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured, and communication with the owners was a breeze. The boat dock came in handy and fit our 24' pontoon perfectly. It was the perfect lake house getaway. The house was clean and comfortable for four adults. I would stay there again.

Lake Retreat

House was clean and well stocked with small appliances and every day needs. Water access with a boat dock was convenient. Pet friendly was a huge plus.

Excellent place!

Our family of 4 (two teens, two adults) really enjoyed our week here! Started off with 4 days of rain/storms but, the home has plenty of puzzles and games to keep you occupied! And…you’re wet anyway so, get out in the lake anyway in the rain:) Dock was perfect for our wakeboard boat. Location on the lake was great right off 75 and close to a few marinas. One being right around the cove! Beds were comfortable and the home is well appointed with everything you need to cook, bake, grill, etc. The gazebo by the water and screened in porch are perfect for coffee mornings! And listening to rain:) We would stay again for sure. Thank you so much for sharing your very clean and beautifully remodeled lake home!!

Comfortable home with upgrade living space

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and enjoyed the use of the fully stocked kitchen. Lovely covered porch and deck to relax. The house is located on a quite street with views of the water. The only downside we had was low water pressure in both bathrooms.

Fantastic

The house was just what we were looking for, relaxing, comfortable and immaculately clean. Appreciated all the little extras: kindling, lighter at fire pit, plastic bags, dish soap and laundry soap in kitchen. Dog bed and dog bowls for out furry family. And above all the hosts were spot on! They responded quickly to all inquiries before, during and after our stay. We had a fantastic time and hope to return soon!!!

Great house, location and owner

The house was wonderful for my family. Plenty or room great views and tons of extra accommodations. The addition of a covered dock was great along with the gazebo, you could spend all day on the dock in the quite calm cove. Can’t get a better location on the lake. The owner may have been even better than the house, made sure we had everything we needed when we got there and was very helpful.
