Welcome to the inviting and picturesque Spearfish Cottages - your home away from home!
Cottage #7 offers a cozy cabin experience with one bedroom and one bathroom. It is equipped with a full-sized stove, refrigerator, and essential cooking supplies. Enjoy the relaxing shared hot tub, located on a spacious deck with a privacy fence.
One hour from Mt Rushmore and Rapid City Airport. Three blocks from BHSU!

We love dogs! 🐶 With our approval, you can bring up to 2 furry friends along for your stay. There`s a $30 pet fee per trip, and you`re in charge of keeping things clean and covering any damages. No cats, please.

Just a heads up, our four-legged guests can`t hop on beds or furniture. If you need to leave them inside while you`re out, please make sure they`re safely crated. Got questions or need more info? Feel free to shoot us a message. We`re here to help! 😊

Queen bed. Roku Tv. Rack and hangers for clothing. Gas fireplace. Ceiling fan. Luggage Rack.

Living Room/Kitchen:
Roku tv, couch, full size oven and fridge, Keurig, Toaster, Space Heater, Free Wi-Fi, basic kitchen essentials for cooking (ask for more details if you have specific needs!).

Parking:
We`ve got a private parking lot right next to our cabins. If you`re rolling in with a trailer, big moving van, or anything else, just send us a message, and we`ll provide you with all the parking info you need. 😊🚗🏡

Check in/Check out:
Our check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am sharp unless approved by one of us in advance. We will send you your check-in info with the door code and parking directions the morning of your check-in.

🎣 Fisherman`s Paradise: Our property hugs the beautiful Spearfish Creek, making it a fantastic spot for some great fishing.

📺 Entertainment Galore: Each cottage comes with a slick smart TV, loaded with awesome streaming options, all for free. Movie night, anyone?

🚶‍♀️ Stroll & Play: Since we`re smack in the center of town, you`ll find plenty of pathways for leisurely walks with your pup or trips to the nearby parks (several within a mile).

-Highspeed Wireless Internet. We currently have the highest speed the VAST sells which is advertised as 1 GB/sec.
- HULU LIVE, Disney+, ESPN is available from your TVs at no additional charge!
-Kpods, and Creamer there for your enjoyment at no charge
-Shampoo, Conditioner, and Bodywash in the shower
-Bath Towels, Hand towels, and washcloths
-Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Broom, Cleaning Products
-Kitchen has dishes along with a Sauce Pan, Skillet, Strainer, Cutting Board, and Mixing Bowls. Most importantly we have Coffee Mugs and Wine Glasses so you are prepared to wake up and fall asleep.
-Fridge, Microwave, Keurig in every unit

Property Rules:
--This property is dog-friendly! If you plan to bring your dog, you must get pre-approval and pay the pet fee before check-in. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. City law requires dogs to be on a leash while outside and because there are other cottages on the property and potentially other dogs visiting with their owners, it is extra important that dogs be on a leash when outside. Dog waste must be disposed of and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. We cannot currently accept cats, birds, etc at this property.
-No Smoking or Vaping of any substances. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping in the property there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay. The property is smoke free.
-Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10pm and 8am. Our guests` sleep is important to us! You are in your own house with no shared walls so it is pretty easy to meet this expectation.
-If you choose to use the hot tub the hours are 8am-10pm. No drinks or food allowed for sanitary and safety. Please shower before using the hot tub. It is a community hot tub so please respect other guests who may be using it as well. There is no lifeguard on duty and by using the hot tub you are accepting responsibility for your own safety.
- Parking is allowed along the edge of the property on the gravel parking area. Please no parking sideways on the street or large trailers. If you need trailer parking, the property along Ames St is our parking and can fit 2 trailers. Otherwise, trailers must be detached and parked the same direction as other vehicles.

You``ll have access to the entire cottage, outside recreational area, and hot tub area.

Self Check-in only. This is a professionally managed property with staff available 24/7 for any emergency and available for assistance from 0700 to 1900. We are looking forward to hosting you!

This unique property is a series of 10 Tiny Houses in an L design on one large property. There are no shared walls This unit has a shared walkway with Cottage #8. Only 4 cabins have shared walkways the rest have private sidewalks to the front door.

The hot tub is private to the public but shared among cottage guests.

This property is pet friendly. Pets are required to be on leash per city law however not all guests follow the law and you may run into pets off leash. Please be safe and aware of surroundings if you are bringing your own pet.

House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.

Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only with a one-time pet fee of $30. No cats, birds, rabbits, etc.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 1-2 people. More than two people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by us before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
