Beautiful Home

The Host are excellent and the home is perfect. We had 3 couples on our stay. The location is in a quiet safe and friendly gated community. The Host were very very fast to respond to any questions. Check in at the guard shack (gate) took about 30sec. I will definitely be booking with again.

Great vacation

We spent a month in this beautiful home in OSV. Kylie was a perfect hostess and was quick to reply to my texts. The home has everything that you would need except for an iron so we bought a small one for our use. Having the use of the golf cart made going to the beach and pool so much fun. It is a perfect community. Great restaurants in the area. Close to everything. We have already booked for next year

Great Stay

My husband and loved this house and location. The host provided so much for our stay. High end appliances were a plus; although I didn't cook much. Golf cart was a bonus. The master bed was so comfortable. Our only negative was the living room sofa was not that comfortable; but it would not keep us from booking again. Kiley was wonderful to work with. Thank you again for sharing your house with us.

Nice stay

The house was a nice place to stay. Quiet community, convenient location and decently maintained. Check in could have been smoother as the main gate didn’t have our info upon our arrival and it took us an extra 30 minutes to get situated. The dryer unit should be updated due to the sand build up in vent, along with some mold growth on the rubber liner- I would have mentioned to host but they had sign up regarding the door staying open when not in use so they obviously can see the mold- but overall it was nice! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. The microwave quit working half way thru our visit but I let the homeowner know and we worked around for the remainder of the stay. Would definitely stay at this location again if the dates worked out.

Absolutely wonderful house! One of the best we have stayed in from VRBO! So clean and perfect. Owners very responsive. If you like OSV this is the best neighborhood. Rent this place you will love it!

Plenty of space!

We loved this rancher! There was so much space inside and out. We enjoyed the golf cart, and the large driveway allowed us to rent a few more carts for our family of 8. This is perfect if you have a family member who struggles with stairs, as we did. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was very helpful. The house had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It is on a quieter, wider street which we liked. Short ride to the beach. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect rental!

This property was perfect for my family of 6! It was very close to the beach, and the use of the golf cart really set this house apart from other rentals I researched. There is a private lot for this community to park at the beach which was SO helpful! Checking in was extremely easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed including towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, and more! We would absolutely book again and can’t wait to come back! Don’t hesitate, book this rental!

Great experience

We had a lovely experience in this super comfy home. The pool and beach access were as expected with lot's of great people watching and helpful residents while navigating to the pool and private beach access parking. We had a couple of small snafus i.e. garage door wasn't working automatically when we arrived. The owners were quick to respond and extremely helpful in fixing the problem lickety split. The appliances were great! The gas grill was super easy to operate. The owners provided the best beach chairs. toys, an umbrella (that was super smart and simple!), and corn hole! This is a well taken care of home with comfortable furniture, awesome fridge and ice maker, top of the line washer/ dryer, stove, oven and microwave PLUS an electric tea kettle! The pools were super fun and the entire property was beautiful. It's an easy gold cart ride to the grocery store across the street and close enough to the stip while being just far enough for peaceful nights. The beach wasn't overcrowded and rental umbrella w/ chairs was right in front of the private parking area for golf carts (plus super friendly Life Guards!). It's very close to Murell's Inlet where seafood and live music are everywhere. THe Marshwalk was super cool too. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent property

What a lovely house. I am such a clean freak and let me tell you this was the cleanest place we have stayed at with Vrbo! Lovely and spacious house. All the amnenities. Comfortable beds, large bedrooms, spacious family room. Golf cart a huge bonus. Excellent communication. Close beach access and tennis courts big plus for us. Lovely neighbors. Would recommend and hope to stay here in the future. Lots of good restaurants around as well.

Family time, fun

This property was amazing for my family.This is the first big family vacation we've taken altogether. And this house fit our needs perfectly! Communication with owners was awesome! We were about. Five slash ten minutes from the beach which is the reason we went down there, And the house was provided with a golf cart which helped tremendously. The house was clean, large enough for our whole family, and close to everything needed.We couldn't have asked for a better house :)

Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well equipped. We did not use the master bed, but the other two beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We took advantage of both the heated indoor pool and unheated outdoor pool. We loved taking rides in the golf cart around the resort and to the beach. Having beach parking for the resort was a big plus.

Hickey’s Southern Hideaway

We loved the house it was so well equipped & clean when we arrived. We golfed 2 times a week mostly at Tupelo Bay. Benjamin’s is a popular place for coffe, bakery & sandwiches. Murrells Inlet is a great place to go lots of restaurants & you can do the Marsh Walk. Hamrick’s is the place to go for deals also Marshall’s also Bealls. Don’t forget to visit Broadway at the Beach & Barefoot Landing. Give Charleston a day it’s only under a 2 hr. drive. We stayed for almost 3 months & loved the Community we stayed in, it has so many amenities. Bingo every Sunday night they call it a Social Night Read their newsletter they have every month. We also loved the golf car that came with the house. We hope to rent next year. We rent for 3 months.

Lovely home in an excellent location, great family place

Great location! We liked being in a gated community for nice walks and loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach and the outdoor pool. There was a really nice family pool and large splash pad that our 1 and 3 yr old grandchildren loved, plus another pool for adults. The house was spacious and comfortable. The house is only an 18 min. drive to Brookgreen Gardens, which is a lovely place to spend a day. Nice restaurants and community playground nearby.

Great house, great location!!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The location is perfect -- a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The neighborhood is awesome, very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location, nice house

Myrtle Beach 2023

This was a beautiful property that we would definitely return to again. The homeowners were great with communication, and the home and location were fantastic. Our only suggestion would be more seating in the living room area. For a house that holds up to eight guests, there was only living room seating for five, and we had to move some sunroom furniture to the living room just for our whole family to watch a movie together.

Dang near perfect

I want to give you my honest opinion of this property but if I do, I’m afraid it will be booked out forever and we’ll never get to stay here. Since VRBO caps reviews, let me hit the high points: Location - you’re on the quietest street in Oceanside Villa with private access from the main road. All the amenities without the noise or crowd. House - it’s spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Our kids didn’t need them, but they even had pack n plays available. Having a garage to park in was a perk we didn’t know we wanted but absolutely loved. The outdoor shower having temperature controlled water so you can wash off from the beach with warm water was incredible. Our kids actually liked washing off and it wasn’t a fight! Amenities - the house provides towels and beach toys/chairs so you don’t need to pack any of that. Again - such a small thing we’d never thought about but was a huge stress relief for us. I could keep going, but will end with this: This was the most stress free place we’ve ever stayed and we are looking forward to using it again and again.

Great location

Just a short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Only a few snags with a ceiling fan and tv. Nothing too important. Loved the fact there was a golf cart even though we walked everywhere. Kiley was great to work with.

The location of our beach house is 0.5 mi from the main Business Hwy 17 which offers a wide selection of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, salons, beach shops, water parks, mini golf courses, 3-par golf course, state parks, and emergency/medical offices.
