Our stay at Kathy’s condo was excellent. The condo was very clean and well appointed with luxury bed linens and bath towels. The kitchen has everything you need and a few things you didn’t know you needed like hot tea bags and a few condiments. The condo complex is well cared for and convenient to great restaurants. The condo pools are also well kept and even has poolside service for drinks and food. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Kathy is a great host. She is very responsive and respectful. We needed a few lightbulbs changed and Kathy asked if we wanted her to come in the condo and change the bulbs or would we rather her leave them at the door. I believe she had them changed in about 15 minutes after we contacted her. Great stay at a great condo with a great host, thank you Kathy!

We would highly recommend this rental property. It sits right on the beach, with two pools and all the amenities we needed nearby for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the spectacular sunsets from our balcony each evening and the diversity of places to dine out. The host was very responsive and accommodating both with the booking process and during our stay.We would definitely book again in the future.

Kathy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The view was amazing, front row to the ocean. There were five of us adults, and it was comfortable for all of us to stay in the unit. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. The pool was very busy during our stay, so we didn’t go swimming, but we did get to enjoy the hot tub one night and that was wonderful. Lots of walks on the beautiful beach. Beds were extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were very much appreciated. Easy walk to quaint fishing pier with lots of great restaurants and shops.

This was not only a great place to stay, but the location was perfect. Not only an easy quick walk to the beach, but the Treasure Island location made it easy to get anywhere. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views each day. Thank you so much for making our vacation so wonderful.

Perfect place

This place really ia perfect! There were personal little touches that really made this place stand out from other places. We felt safe, the place was very clean, and the amenities were awesome. Most beautiful sunsets and view. Kathy was helpful and responsive!

Lovely Beach Stay

This vacation spot is perfect for what we needed. The condo has great views, all of the amenities that you could need, and perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants. The beach location is not overly crowded. Kathy is also very responsive and friendly! We would highly recommend renting this listing.

Great trip to treasure island

Our family had a great time and this unit was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean and generally had everything we needed - a good supply of pots & pans, bath products and beach toys. While the overall property felt a little dated (some construction was underway to address this), this unit was very nice and we’d be happy to stay again.

The Dude abides

Had fun at the beach and very much appreciated the staff of Sunset Vistas and the dude's help with the umbrella and chair. Beautiful views of the sunset and moonlight.

Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The appliances were updated and we loved having a washer and dryer. The welcome basket with coffee and biscotti was a really nice touch. Kathy was super quick in responding to any questions I had. The only issue I saw was the shower pressure and the smaller bathroom was a little weak, but I’ve experience that at most beach rentals I’ve been to. The shower pressure in the bigger bathroom was fine. I would highly recommend this condo and I plan on returning in the future.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

The condo was well stocked and contained everything you would need for a beach vacation. There were only three of us and it was the perfect size. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beach was well maintained and clean. The only negative I would give, and it’s not through any fault of the owner, is that the condo is a few floors above the bar and the night before we were supposed to leave very early, the patrons of the bar were very loud and it was difficult to sleep due to their loud raised voices.

Great location. I come here a few times a year just for R&R stayed in other unites but this one was great! Would recommend definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo and location

Really amazing condo and location. Everything was perfect with this condo. The condo had everything you needed for a great vacation. It was super clean, communication with property manager was amazing. The facilities were perfect, right on the beach, pool was amazing and they had a bar and also cafe with amazing food. It was extremely close to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Great rime

The pictures don’t do the view justice. Balcony directly overlooks the beach. Also great views from the living room and master bedroom. Water was warm weather was perfect.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This condo is a fantastic unit in a great location. Hot tubs, pools, beach all right there it's everything everyone wants. The unit is clean and stocked and the view is fantastic and the host is friendly and kind. Stores, restaurants, and nightlife are a short walk or cab ride -- not across the street but not far either.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful views, very clean, communicative host, fully stocked and comfy beds! The host provided many little extra touches that we really great! Sunset Vistas is a busy place during Spring break week so the pool was crowded but we still found space and really enjoyed the beach bar! Highly recommend!! Thank you Kathy!

Location location location!

Great location steps from the beach, two pools and easy walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We had absolutely beautiful weather with nightly sunset from our balcony. The hosts are responsive and answer questions quickly. The condo is cozy, but all we did was sleep there. Everything you need is provided. there was so much to do. Music along the beach every night, good seafood. S plenty of sunshine.

Wonderful Ocean Front Property

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities and much, much more. The host was great and her ocean front condo was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well worth the cost!
