NuLu

The property was perfect for 8 friends for the weekend. We mostly hung out at the house or on 4th street Live entertainment district which was only a short uber away. Melissa was a great host who was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time in Louisville.

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible day at Melissa’s property in NuLu! We arrived for a bachelorette party, eager to enjoy a wonderful time with friends, and it was exactly that. Melissa was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire experience, providing us with valuable recommendations and maintaining constant communication before, during, and after our trip. We are truly appreciative of her hospitality. Her house is incredibly spacious, offering a very large and inviting atmosphere with plenty of fantastic activities available. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Nice place near a fun / neat neighborhood. Easy access to the interstate if you want to go further out.

Great place to land in Louisville

We really liked this property! It is a newer build so very fresh and modern. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups to run and play in. We did have to rearrange a few items in the space to block larger openings under the wooden fence that our pups could have scooted out from under. The kitchen was well equipped. The linens and towel were soft and smelled fresh. Overall I would recommend this property! Thanks for a great get away before the Thanksgiving holiday madness!

Overall, this was an excellent spot for our crew together for a bachelor party. The host was very helpful with recommendations regarding the local area, and she was upfront and honest about expectations and responsibilities for guests staying here. We really appreciated the open communication!

Great place in a great location

Three friends and I came to watch a soccer match for a fun birthday party road trip. The house was a perfect place to relax and hang out (hot tub!) as well as our home base for exploring a fun and exciting neighborhood.

Lovely home with everything we needed and more!

Loved our trip to Louisville! Melissa was such a great host. We followed her suggestions and enjoyed delicious meals with most restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the backyard and hot tub every night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My family and friends stayed at this wonderful home for a weekend getaway. The owner was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed along with lots of great information about the area. We would definitely stay in this beautiful, well appointed home again!

Bourbon Buddies

This place was excellent for being close to downtown Louisville. We did tons of distillery tours with tastings and Lyft back to the house to soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood but in a good location to go and do many things. Only a very short walk away from two breweries which was a plus for us. The house was ultra clean and as described. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the area. Thanks!

Great time in NuLu

We had three couples stay at Melissa’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better property or host! Great location, with a short walk to a huge selection of fabulous restaurants. And Melissa was an awesome host - had an issue with the air conditioning and within 30 minutes of me messaging her about it, she and the heating/cooling contractor were on the way over. Got it fixed and didn’t impact our stay at all. We’d stay there again without hesitating!!

Great base for the KY bourbon trail

My wife and I stayed in Melissa's property for 5 days with another couple of relatives as we explored all that the KY bourbon trail had to offer. Check-in was incredibly quick and easy with a choice of passcode set specifically for our arrival. The property is nicely appointed with plenty of equipment in the kitchen (frying pans could probably do with replacing and knives sharpening), as were the bathrooms. Very modern inside and thoughtfully decorated. More than enough space for 4 of us; great outside space too, although we didn't use it due to how hot and humid the weather was. The closest distillery is around a 7 minute walk (Rabbit Hole), with the far end of Whiskey row likely to take around 30-40 mins, or 10 in an Uber. Parking was large enough for 3 cars right at the side of the property making loading/unloading very easy. Communication with Melissa was also excellent. It made a great base for us and I'd certainly stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect weekend.

We really enjoyed this home. It was all new and extremely clean. It is a perfect set up for a family or for 3 couples. The hot tub and back yard space was an added bonus. The check-in process was very easy and our host was very responsive. She even checked in mid stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very close to downtown bars and restaurants. We would definately stay again.

Winner’s Circle Accommodations

Where to begin? Melissa, our host, was gracious, responsive, and invested in our experience. The decor is gorgeous, with clean lines and decadent pops of color. The home has many amenities, including luxurious towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is bustling, charming, and entirely walkable. Our favorites were NULU restaurants, the Muhammad Ali Center, and the riverfront. We fell in love with Louisville and will seek out this beautiful (and pup friendly!) property when we return. Enjoyable down time

The house was beautiful and we loved having the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the owner was always in touch with us making sure we were doing ok. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected but neighbors were friendly. It was definitely an enjoyable stay.

A great stay!

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Beds were super comfortable and house had everything we needed. I enjoyed coffee in the hot tub in the mornings and bourbon at night. The fenced yard was nice to have for our dogs. Sure wish we could have been there longer. Melissa was a gracious and helpful hostess always quick to reply to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Louisville. Thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!
