Sarah, thank you for being a great guest and communicating with us throughout your stay. Yes, the a/c does work quite well ! :) We strive to provide our guests with a 5 star stay, with that being said, I am saddened with receiving a 4 star review. If there were any issues that we were not aware of, I apologize. We do hope to host you again in the future.

Our Sugar Beach complex manager has a new security company starting in August and I apologize for them being rude. I imagine with it being a holiday weekend is the reason it was so busy and parking was crowded. Of course we have no control over that as owners. I will ask our cleaners about the air fresheners, usually there’s no air freshener left in our condo especially with many guests having allergies. The two elevators on the premises are new and with it being a holiday weekend I’m sure they stayed busy and slowed things down. Good thing our complex is small and only 3 stories during busy times. We sincerely apologize that your stay at our condo was not as ideal as we strive to provide for all our guests. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’ll address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

We know everyone has different bed preferences, but we’ve had rave reviews on another platform about how comfortable the bed and bunk beds are. We are sorry they weren’t comfortable to you. We visit and stay in our condo often and the broom was not dirty during our recent visit, but we will address the broom/swifter issue with housekeeping. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Thank you for your feedback & for choosing to stay with us. Were so glad you enjoyed the condo & found it comfortable. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness didn't meet your expectations. We take great pride in our condo & work with our cleaning team to prepare it for every guests, especially during our busy summer season. We appreciate your concerns and bringing it to our attention, as they are not reflective of the experience we strive to provide. We have shared your comments with our cleaning team & thank you for your valuable feedback.

Thank you for the great review and being the "ideal" guests. We hope to host you again in the future.
