✔️ Upper level has 2nd Master w/ King bed and private door to shared full bathroom.
✔️ Upper level bunk room has 2 Twin-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps 6).
✔️ Upper level loft area has 1 Queen bed and 1 Daybed with pullout trundle.
✔️ Main level family room has 2 Queen sleeper sofas and wood fireplace.

Main level master bath has 2 sinks, private toilet / water closet, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Upper level bath is shared and has a tub / shower combo, one sink & private toilet / water closet.
3rd bathroom has a full shower, toilet, and single sink with views of the mountains.
All are stocked with towels, shampoo, soap starters and toilet paper.

Our fully equipped and stocked kitchen features double Wolf ovens & range-top.
Large dining table comfortably seats 10 and the granite bar area seats 4.
There are also dining tables on the back deck that seat 8-10.

Great room features spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows and a wood burning fireplace.
There is also a family room with two sleeper sofas, 55" Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, game table, board games/puzzles, and views!
Looking for a quiet place to enjoy the views? The sunroom is perfect for you and your favorite beverage and book.

🔋 GOOD NEWS – We have an EV / Electric Vehicle (Tesla) charging option.

It is a 220v / 50 amp RV outlet located at end of driveway.
EV Charging Service $100 /week.
⚡️ IMPORTANT:
- Guest must bring a 220v adapter plug (4 prong).
- Outlet is turned OFF until the service is requested.
- EV Charging Service is added after booking is completed.

GETTING AROUND:
Drive, ATV / UTV, bike, golf cart, jog, motocross, Side by Side, etc.
NOTE to motorcycle drivers: The last ~1,000 yards to house is gravel / dirt.
PARKING: The 200 ft + long driveway easily accommodates many vehicles, is comfortably 2+ vehicles wide & has a large RV slot on the side (with an RV plug). NOTE: Town rules prohibit lodging in an RV while parked on premise.
**ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE STREET** Town enforces fines.

CHILD SAFETY - The upper level loft area is not suitably safe for young children.  We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times.

CLEANING - Stays of ten(10) days & longer will require weekly spruce-up cleanings at a special rate. Please contact us for the rate.

NOTE - Internet, power, weather conditions, etc cannot be guaranteed (please consider travel insurance).
No loud noise, large gatherings, or events of non-registered guests at any time.
Reminder - The reservation must match the amount of guest count at all times.
No smoking or vaping on the property.
