House extremely well organized and appointed. As advertised on a quiet dead end street on a marsh walking distance to NSB Garage well stocked with everything you’ll need to have fun on cape our family and grandkids had a great time. M&C

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at New Silver beach. The house was perfect for us, comfortable family room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful outdoor deck and yard. The garage stored all supplies we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, wagon, paddle boards, kayak, bikes and more. New Silver is wonderful for children of all ages. Our children made friends easily for a fun week of swimming, fishing, biking and just having fun. The beach was a short walk away just far enough as the house was nestled in a quiet spot. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. We mostly stayed at the beach but the area is beautiful, shopping isn't far, and there are plenty of sites to see. Our only disappointment was the Tea room being closed, it was a handy little neighborhood store for quick pick ups and ice cream for the kids, that held fond memories. All around a great family vacation spot.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this North Falmouth location. It had everything we wanted, easy walk to the beach, all the beach chairs & equipment we needed. The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family...plenty of room to gather but also spaces to get away! Kerry was an amazing host and quickly answered all our questions, would not hesitate to book again.

Great visit to North Falmouth area. Saw family, went to the vineyard and enjoyed the private beach (walking distance away). House was clean and well stocked. Would recommend to anyone.

GMA Adventure Beautiful

Beautiful weather, family,fun, and excellent accommodations. Our only wish was that we could paddle board and kayak from the same beach .House fully equipped and stocki. We enjoyed the fire pit each night. Attentive hosts.

Great House and Great Hosts

Our family had a wonderful vacation at a great house that was close to the beach and any concerns we had were quickly addressed by our hosts. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and anyone looking for a great family Cape Cod vacation.

Home away from home

Great place to stay, had some questions and concerns that were immediately addressed by the owner. They were very accommodating. Had a family of 6 plus 2 more adults staying and everyone had a great time. 4 kids loved running around and playing in the yard. It’s such a peaceful spot. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this wonderful listing over the 4th. We had 11 total staying (6 adults and 5 kids) and the home never felt tight. A nice yard in the back along with a quick walk to a wonderful beachfront. Utter perfection.

Cape Escape

Great location for our family and four young grandchildren. Spacious and clean and well equipped kitchen. Backyard allowed for a wiffleball game and relaxation. Overall quiet neighbor and five minute walk to the beach. Communication with homeowners was excellent.

Perfect family beach house

Exceeded our high expectations. Perfect large beach cottage. Close to beach and equipped with everything you might need from paddle boards, kayak, pails and shovels for toddlers and even a large beach ball. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping and relaxing. The deck and yard are perfect for family meals or play. Host was very communicative and helpful. All generations loved it.

Perfect Cape Escape!

Great location! A short walk to the beach and a beautiful marsh view in the backyard. Comfy & clean beds! The house has a cute old cape cod style that’s very welcoming. A cozy living room that’s perfect to curl up and read a book in. Host is a good communicator which is much appreciated. Beach accessories are provided from towels and chairs to boogie boards and a kayak! We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We rented the house the second week of August and found it to be perfect for our family of 10. (Ages 3-74). Check in is very easy.It was very clean, comfortable, well maintained and more spacious than expected. We did need to contact the owner a couple of times and they were quick to respond and attend to our needs. The beach is a short walk and there is a surplus of beach chairs. We also took advantage of the paddleboards they made available. All in all, it was the "perfect Cape Beach House" for us. Thanks Kerry and Johnathan for the hospitality.

Cape Cod with the grandkids

This house hit it out of the park for us, our son and daughter-in-law and grandkids, ages 10 and 13. The loft just steps from the main house via a very cool bridge was the perfect respite for my wife and I, with AC, a half bath, queen bed and small private deck for some coffee and reading overlooking the marsh. This left the main house for the rest of our tribe. There are two other bathrooms in the house but most of us enjoyed using the big outdoor shower. The kitchen is not huge and a little tight but very well equipped as is the rest of the house. We cooked in every night and ate out on the newly resurfaced deck. The Weber grill got a good workout. The owners even had spare LP tanks which we did not need but it was a comfort. We had no mosquitoes which was great. We brought some wood and made a fire in the fire pit most nights which we all enjoyed. The beach is 600 steps and an easy walk through almost empty streets. There’s plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to get them there. There’s a great sandbar a few feet from shore that acts like a giant swimming pool with calm water and plenty of room to play. North Falmouth is a quiet area as opposed to Yarmouth where I grew up. We were able to visit Martha’s Vineyard, Plimoth Plantation and go Party boat fishing with short drives. Our family had a lovely time celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. It was great having so much space. We grilled every night, sat by the fire pit and played many games that were provided. The outdoor shower was a hit. The kitchen and other supplies were well stocked. It was only a few min walk to the local beach. In the garage were some bikes, paddle boards, chairs and a wagon that we could use. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Perfect Location

The White’s were amazing hosts. We had everything we wanted or needed in the house. Loved having morning coffee on the deck while hearing the birds. Then walking 5 minutes to spend the day on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location and home that easily accommodated 7 with space for more.
