"Kamps Baai" is the ultimate Oceanfront Frangista Beach home for a family looking to relax in the heart of the beautiful Emerald Coast. Kamps Baai includes an Beachfront Private Pool, a 6 seat Golf Cart, and a larger Community Pool, you will never want to leave.

Our 3 story home has a large Beachfront balcony on every floor, an elevator to get you to each floor. New hardwood floors, and a renovated kitchen with new appliances, you will find joy in every corner. The great room, kitchen and dining area are on the 2nd floor with unobstructed Gulf Views from every angle. Comfortable sofa and seating to gather and visit, play games, or watch the big game or movie on the large Smart TV. There's room for everyone! Our renovated kitchen is huge, with sprawling quartz counters, lots of cabinet space, loaded with every kind of kitchen gadget, utensils, and cookware you may need to create a delicious meal. ...Including an air fryer,, crock pot and under counter ice maker. We have an electric grill on the balcony off the kitchen and living area. Our dining room table seats 6 to 8 with 3 additional seats at the bar.

This home features two master suites - the Beachfront first floor master is beautifully appointed with a king size bed, balcony with a pool, spacious closet, ensuite bathroom, and a large Smart TV. The Oceanfront 3rd floor master has a king size four poster bed, stunning Gulf views, large balcony, huge walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The first guest bedroom is located on the main level - the 2nd floor. It has a king size bed, walk in closet, Juliet balcony, Smart TV and a bathroom. The bunkroom is located on the 3rd floor with two custom built bunk beds. The first bunkbed is a twin over full with a full trundle; and the second bunkbed is a twin over full with a twin trundle. Teenagers and kids alike will love this room! It is complete with a closet, 65 inch Smart TV and adjacent to the hall bathroom. Our two walk-in shower bathrooms have been updated with porcelain showers and vanities.

This home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. All bedrooms have large Smart TV's. There is parking for 4 cars total using the garage and driveway.

Grill: This property has an electric grill. This location does not allow any open flame grills.

All easy to get to in our brand new Bluetooth enhanced 6 seat golf cart! Direct beach access your walkway is just off the first floor deck.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival. Drivers must be 25 or older.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
