Sweet cottage between Roswell & Alpharetta

Better than any hotel. Hubby and I felt right at home in the sweet three bedroom cottage that was recently remodeled. Everything we needed was provided. Comfy beds and modern decor. High recommended.

Beautiful and cozy

The house is amazingly clean and cozy. I love the interior and found the place perfect for my stay. It’s close to stores and still distant enough to give you the privacy you need.

Roswell Stay

Overall a lovely property, easy to get to from town. It has everything you need including a full kitchen, a good-sized living room, lovely bedrooms, and bathrooms. The hosts were also really easy to communicate with and readily available. Would stay again

The house was on a busy road and was dimly lit (not a lot of good lighting inside). On closer inspection the house was not thoroughly cleaned, and a couple of the shower dispensers for soap and shampoo were completely empty. We also noticed multiple insect traps in the bathroom with dead cockroaches which was an immediate red flag for our family. We had driven over 10 hours to get there, so we stayed the night and immediately left the next morning to check in at a nearby hotel. The hosts were not immediately responsive, but afterward they worked with us so we could get a refund for the nights we did not stay at the house.

Perfect getaway home

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay while we explored the area. There were (2) couples and we spent a lot of time on the porch when we were not out and about. The furniture was comfortable and the house was clean. Cool style.

Perfect!

We were there visiting family and helping move my father-in-law move into assisted living. This house provided an excellent retreat in between. I loved the patio and secluded feel with the surrounding trees. The beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/ etc. I was able to have entire family over and had everything I needed to make a nice homemade dinner for nine people. We'd stay here again.

Perfect for a girls week away

We were visiting family that lives in Alpharetta but we needed a place to stay at night. This house turned out to be the best thing for us! We had great days with family but we were able to relax at night, watch movies and sleep well. Not to mention, the mornings were lovely with the comfy porch that I sat on to drink my coffee every morning. My teenagers thought the house so cool and loved the decor. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy, comfortable stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and it was the perfect spot for our weekend. Very easy to get to Little River Farms if you are in tow for a wedding there. The decor is well put together and appreciated the bohemian look. Great beds, the porch swings are a nice touch and loved the appliances. The home is on a busier road in the area so if you are noise sensitive, be aware. This was not really an issue for us. I would recommend adding a few things like measuring cups and spoons, a different/bigger water pitcher, and a new spot for the vacuum cleaner - takes up a lot of space in the armoire. Other than that, great little house! Thanks for the stay!

Upper Hembree Road .

Overall, an ok place ,for short stay. It’s very close to road, which is quite busy mornings ,evenings on week days. A place to hang damp towels after showers would have been nice. Also some grab bars,our group in 70’s.There were no instructions on TV usage,( other than there were 2 remotes) which didn’t help us. The yard needs much work, We took a big fan to be able to sit on the side deck, to help with flies, and give us a breeze. ( but noisy ,even in evenings with vehicles passing by.) If we had been 6, we were only 4, not sure where the extra 2 would sit around dining table,only 4 chairs.The driveway, only considering the one we should use,second was even worse) needs work ,pothole as one drives in. Cute place,but needs some TLC.

This place did not disappoint. Quiet location that’s just minutes from dining and shopping. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and the porch was fantastic to have for morning coffee. The hosts were great and had A+ communication.

A Breath of Fresh Air Minutes From Anywhere

My family and I (party of 5) traveled all the way from Texas for my nephew’s wedding. This house provided the perfect space for us to rest after traveling, hang out and enjoy family, and get dressed for the big event. My favorite thing about the house was having coffee on the swing on the covered porch.

Yes, it really does look just like photos!

This cottage is beautiful and the location is great; close enough to Avalon and Windward if you need it, but far enough away that you never feel like you are staying in a sea of people. My friends and I assumed there was some photo magic going on...nope! This place is really as good as it looks. I should give it less stars so it will be available for me more often, as my friends and I will book it again.
