In addition to the water park, there are indoor & outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, tennis & volleyball, fitness centers, zip lines, summer tubing, climbing wall, mini golf, bumper cars, go-karts, fishing ponds, hiking trails, a children's playground, as well as a restaurant, snack bar, and live entertainment.

The Mountainside Villas at Massanutten features two-story townhouse units with spacious, comfortable accommodations for up to eight people. Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views near golfing, skiing, and all your favorite activities, all while relaxing amidst the comforts of home! You'll find a full kitchen, fireplace, sauna and Jacuzzi tub, upper and lower decks in each of the two-bedroom townhouse-style condominiums.
(Note: Most of our units require climbing one or two flights of stairs to access the unit entrance and all of our units have two floors.)

Guests have access to all the activities of the resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness centers, tennis, basketball, volleyball, children's playgrounds and hiking trails are free. The waterpark, Family Adventure Park, chairlift rides, mountain bike rentals, go-karts, bumper cars, mini golf, Escape Rooms, VR, horseback riding, and golf require separate fees.

The picturesque Shenandoah Valley is the setting for the Mountainside Villas at Massanutten, where there's no end to the fun all year-round. Mid-December to mid-March is ski season, where thrill seekers love the ski area's 1,195 foot vertical drop for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. In warmer weather, the focus turns to the two 18-hole golf courses, the putting green, driving range and pro shop, plus mountain biking and horseback riding. Indoor and outdoor water park action provides fun for all ages in any weather.
