Built in 2019, this fully furnished Condo has all the style and amenities you’d imagine making it the perfect home away from home. In the fully stocked kitchen, you’ll find stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig. Unit includes washer/dryer, gas fireplace, large Smart TV, and a wall of windows to bring water views and Door County sunsets indoors. Relax outside on the covered balcony with entry from the living room or bedroom. The building includes an elevator and 2 dedicated parking spots for the unit. Additional parking for cars and trailers are just steps up the road and the public boat launch is just across the street.
Within walking distance of all that is Sister Bay – plenty of restaurants and friendly bars, coffee shops, ice cream, and candy stores, and boutique shopping. Family-friendly activities include swimming at the beach, playground and picnic area, boat rentals and guided excursions, etc. Two state parks are a short drive away providing bike trails, hiking in the woods, amazing views, and nature at its finest.
During the summer months of June, July and August there is a 7-night minimum stay.
