Great find!

We had an amazing stay for college baseball weekend! Wonderful location - you can walk or quick 6 Uber to Globe Life etc. House was perfect and had all amenities needed. The very best was the awesome communication with the management/owners. Will be back again so that we can use more of the great backyard!

Much fun and close to Globe Life for Baseball

Host communicated very well. The garage had great games/activities for our guests(adults and children). And we were able to walk to the Ranger game. The house had room for groups to talk inside and outside in back yard.

Perfect place to stay with friends!!

This house was just perfect for me and my 7 friends. It was cozy and the game room was great. We loved that we could walk to the Cowboys game. This will be my go to from now on!!!

Fantastic location for cowboys game

We chose to stay over after the Cowboys game. Dylan was very gracious and let us park at the house before check in. It was a quick and easy walk to and from the stadium. Check in was easy and instructions for our stay were clear. Great communication with timely response, lots of parking and activities available for larger groups, maximized the available space to accommodate families and larger parties, very clean, location, location, location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

The Perfect Choice

I must say it was a fantastic experience. The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. We had everything we needed, from towels to kitchen utensils. This host did not lack even the smallest details. The house is made to entertain both inside and out. The location was great with ample parking. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any disturbances. Overall, our stay at this was enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend! The cleanliness, well-stocked amenities, and great location make it a perfect choice for any occasion.

Perfect for our family

This was the perfect set up for our family. The fenced outdoor area and game room was great for our kids to play. We enjoyed s'mores around the firepit. Having endless hot water made it easy for everybody to get cleaned up after playing so hard. Watch the dropdown as you step into the nice bathrooms. The beds were all comfy, too. The kitchen pictures don't reflect the new range in the island. Check the outdoor grill bottle when you arrive to be sure you have enough. A gauge would be nice. A great view of ATT stadium. WalMart is close. It was a bit pricey but considering we didn't have to pay for additional entertainment and the central location for our family, it made it worth it. Lots to do in this area. The game room could use cleaning and the pool sticks have no tips but it didn't stop us from enjoying the whole setup. Our host was quick to reply to every question.

Read if you plan on cooking at the house...

Love the game room and sports court. I was really disappointed that the firepit and grill were unusable. But what was really annoying was the kitchen didn't have an oven. Not even a toaster oven. With no grill and oven this house wasn't accommodating for our group who wanted to eat a couple a meals in instead of going out.

Baseball Game

Globe Field was 1 mile away so we were able to walk there without difficulty. Weather was rainy so our family enjoyed the outdoor game area. Do not park on street when the AT&T Center has an event. Our nieces car was towed but Dylan reimbursed $200 since we had no idea this would happen. we left at 10 that morning and didn’t come back to house until 9 that night. I guess they start towing around 4pm. There is plenty of parking at the house itself so don’t make our mistake. House was nice and we had so much fun there. There’s not an oven so I just got creative with the grill. Would stay there again!!

Cute House / Neighborhood Questionable

This house was completely updated on the inside! Showers were awesome. You do need to watch your step coming out of the bathrooms as there's a ledge that will get you if you don't remember to step over it. The privacy in the backyard is great and the kids loved the game shed. A little a/c window unit would be nice in the hot summer months! The neighborhood isn't great though.. the neighbors decided to have an all day party and played loud music until 2am. When I reached out to the owner about a noise ordinance, I was given the non emergency number for the police department and told that I should call them if I felt comfortable with that.

Fabulous home

We loved our stay at this property. It was so convenient to walk to the Cowboys/Bears football game. The renovations at this house are beautiful. It was spotless and the process was seamless. Such a fun place to spend our time together. The communicator with Dylan was the best I’ve ever experienced. Top notch for sure! We will book here again soon.
