We came to support my son in law with Ironman 70.3 Waco. The apartment is very near the race center right in the heart of downtown, We had a great time.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfy & luxurious! The host was very good about communicating with us. We would choose this condo again!

Literally an awesome downtown Waco experience! Great food choices within a minute walk!! My wife loved the downtown feel!!! Can walk to Magnolia or the Dr. Pepper museum. Ranger museum is a 6 minute drive!!!! Thanks!!!!!

This VRBO was exactly what I wanted. Near Baylor and not far from downtown. It was clean, comfortable and I really liked the carport area. I enjoyed sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the evening after the afternoon heat was gone. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful and comfortable. BUT please take note of the noise around the building when you read the reviews. I chose to ignore them and was kept up until the club (rap music btw) closed at 2am on Friday, and I ended up at a hotel on Saturday night. That said—- if you are in Waco to party, this is your place! Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect location to walk everywhere.

Thank you for the kind words about the condo, and we’re very sorry the noise disrupted your stay. We REALLY wish you had reached out to us when it was happening, especially before feeling that you needed to relocate to a hotel on Saturday night. Had we known there was an issue, we could have addressed it immediately. Waco PD has been extremely responsive when we have reported excessive noise, and in our experience the issue can usually be resolved very quickly. Unfortunately, because we weren’t notified during your stay, we had no opportunity to help. For future guests, please know that while our downtown location occasionally comes with some nightlife noise, you absolutely do not need to simply endure excessive. If it becomes disruptive, please contact us. We want to know about it, and we will take action to get it resolved. We’re glad you otherwise found the condo beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, and we’re genuinely sorry the noise affected what should have been a great stay.

This is a beautiful condo, very nicely decorated and convenient to everything. They provided everything you would need for a long weekend stay. Our only complaint was the noise at night from the night club next door. If you like night life, this is the place to stay. It’s a little problematic for families with small children. Thanks Robin for being such a gracious host.

Thank you for your stay and for your kind words about the condo, its amenities, and our hospitality. The condo is located in the heart of downtown Waco, which is one of the things many guests enjoy because of the walkability and proximity to restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. While noise is not typically an issue, there can occasionally be elevated sound levels from nearby venues on weekend nights. After speaking with you after the first night of your stay and learning of the issues with the noise, I contacted Waco PD to ensure the noise was not an issue the second night. Waco has a dedicated patrol unit for the downtown entertainment/restaurant district and they always respond within minutes if there's a noise complaint. I wish I'd known of the issues at the time they'd occurred as we could have most likely had the noise resolved very quickly. I encourage guests to contact me immediately if they experience any issues during their stay so that we have the opportunity to help resolve them as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us.

We were looking for a place for a getaway and this place was perfect. Close to walk to things to see and eat. Or just sit on the balcony and do nothing. The place was clean and really cute.

The condo was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space. It was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful attention to detail and all the essentials provided, including an abundance of plush towels, comfortable pillows and bedding, and a well-stocked coffee bar. The gourmet kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. Communication with the owner was excellent before and throughout the stay, and the check in process was seamless with easy access to the property.

Such a fabulous property. Extremely nice and comfortable with every amenity that you could possibly need. The host had great communication with me, walking distance to so many things, including the Magnolia market, Dr Pepper museum, etc. plus lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent parking. We felt very safe. Loved the balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent, well maintained and beautifully decorated condo that is perfect with two master suites and full functional balcony with furnishings and grill across the back. Beds were comfy and plenty of additional beds and deddingbif needed. Glad to have the covered parking since the weather was stormy. Loved the location, as well, since it's within walking distance of so many restaurants and main attractions. It was such a nice touch that when we arrived the ice maker was full, drinks were set out to make, and coffee was plentiful. Felt like home! We had an amazing stay here and will look forward to staying here in the future!
