Your Private Oasis

Our home in Indian Wells is not gated but feels ideally located for several events in Coachella Valley. Paribas' annual "Tennis Paradise" is literally 5 minutes away. American Express PGA West (10 minutes) and while Coachella Music Festival is less than 20, the shuttle stop is literally 3 blocks away. If you are looking to stay in a high end neighborhood and are mindful of the neighbors, this house was meant to feel like a boutique resort with all the amenities one would require of an experienced traveler.

Free Cleaning is conducted before you arrive and when you leave but can also be arranged during your stay. There are no pool heating fees if staying a week or longer. Traditional 3 day bookings should budget $500 if you want the pool at a pleasant proper 80 degrees upon arrival (heating just the jacuzzi is free of charge). I would also recommend giving us as much time as possible to get the house in emaciate shape as getting a good review is crucial to us as hosts.

Note: Coachella Weekend and Stage Coach are 4-night min so if you want a top-flight home for the festival that is an amazing night swimming bungalow experience with Palomas that fall right off the tree in the backyard...a luxurious paradise awaits for discriminating guests only.
