We loved our stay here and Anita was the best host. The flat is in a great neighborhood with cute cafes and restaurants nearby and it's close to the tube station. Anita was really great. Extremely responsive before our trip and while we were there. The flat is beautiful and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here if in London again.

Ideal location for visiting London. Close to the British Museum, tube stations, and good restaurants. Apartment was very clean and we appreciated the two bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms. The host was very responsive with any questions. Only drawback for us was the 58 steps to get up to the apartment each day. Staircase was narrow, and it was difficult getting suitcases up to the unit.

An absolutely terrific experience and would highly recommend this place. The host was magnificent, along with extremely responsive and caring. It was a spacious place and offered all sorts of amenities. I was so impressed with how clean it was and well organized. My family had an extended stay and were able to relax and appreciate everything about it. The location was quiet and were able to walk to various attractions, along with the Tube. Shopping and many restaurants were within walking distance.I’m a person who enjoys exercise and there were some stairs. So, for me, it was fine. If they don’t pose an issue, this would certainly be a place that you should STRONGLY consider.This place is well deserved for their extremely high rating. We enjoyed our stay and will keep in contact with our host, who had become our friend and respected so much!!!!

Anita managed our stay perfectly from beginning to end. Property was lovely for two couples and the location was even better! Excellent recommendations from our host for restaurants, markets, entertainment. It’s always great to have find such a welcoming environment!

This was my first Vrbo, and I hit the absolute jackpot! The location was ideal, came with every kitchen and bathroom amenity that you could want or need, and you felt like you were completely at home on day one. The host was FANTASTIC - she periodically checked in if everything was ok, and I really appreciated that prior to the trip she sent a packet of information both for the rental, as well as what was nearby (grocery stores, urgent care/emergency, restaurants etc)! I knew if I needed anything that she would respond instantly. She was amazing enough to have a portable AC during this very hot time which most probably didn't have. We were there a week, and seriously could not have asked for anything more in this rental. Do not even hesitate! When I go back, I would absolutely, positively rent this again.

This place was in a good safe area. It was clean and really well stocked. Has a little convenient store near by for quick food options. Lots of restaurants near by also! Communication was excellent with the host! The beds make you want to stay in them all day!! So comfortable! Great experience all over! Was 3 of us, my husband, myself, and mom (who is 70) was enough space for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again for our next trip to London. Anita is a most gracious host and great communicator with getting us ready for arrival, checking in on us during our stay and also kept us updated on a possible Tube strike that could have impacted our transportation needs. She also provided a useful list of nearby markets and restaurants. The Apartment is super clean and well appointed. Beds are comfy and linens and pillows are great, All appliances are available including a nespresso machine with a good collection of pods to use. We loved this area of London which is fairly quiet during the day and very quiet at night even with the windows open. So many restaurants and coffee places nearby and a quick walk to the tube. Overall one of our best VRBO rentals for location, accommodations and host. Thank you Anita.

I really can't say enough about how terrific it was to stay at Anita's place. First of all, its on a quiet street in a perfect location, very close to the Elizabeth line that I took directly to Excel center for a meeting-15 minutes. My family was with me and our teenagers had a blast shopping at all the great stores and eating in the neighborhoods including China Town. The rooms are comfy and there is AC although we didnt need it. Full kitchen and a washer/dryer (having a dryer is sooo nice!). Anita was in close contact throughout which was very helpful. And most importantly, she has gone above and beyond to return my iphone to me in the US via express shipping. I realized too late that I had left in the apartment, messaged Anita, and heard back instantly with a plan to return it to me (and if anyone has mailed an iphone internationally, you know its not that straightforward). Thank you Anita for a wonderful stay and your willingness to help me though a tough situation!

Fantastic stay for our family!

The flat was absolutely perfect for our trip to London! It is so centrally located with multiple tube stops nearby and the neighborhood is quiet but has lots of options for dining. Anita is incredibly responsive, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and just made our stay so easy!

Excellent property, you won't be disappointed. Very good location, price for two bedrooms and two bathrooms with kitchen and living room very reasonable. Anita the owner was extremely helpful. Clean and well maintained.

Excellent stay!

Had a great trip thanks to the spotless interior and great location! The check in and check out process was simple and the flat was extremely clean and well equipped. Surrounded by quick grab-and-go cafes and sit down restaurants, we were able to eat around our itinerary easily. Host was incredibly accommodating as well!

We had to book an alternative to hotel at the last minute and I was so excited to find this gem in the heart of Central London. The descriptions of the flat were spot on and working with Anita was great. She was responsive, helpful and made the process easy and seamless. The flat was very comfortable and cosy, and was equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect, close to everything! Fitzrovia is a super spot and you're minutes away from Marylebone and Oxford Street. Love this neighborhood! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this flat! The location was amazing-very close walk to the Oxford Circus tube stop with restaurants and a grocery store just down the street. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated, and everything was super clean. Our hostess was over the top amazing-giving us helpful suggestions and advice on everything from restaurants and tickets to touring London safely. Highly recommend this flat and host!!

This flat was in a perfect location for touring London. We are big walkers, and there were many attractions we didn’t need to take the tube to. When we did use the subway, there were two stations 5 mins each way. Super convenient. Quiet street, nice neighbourhood w good pubs and superb restaurants just steps away. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped even w spices - we were easily able to cook our Christmas Day dinner there. Anita was. Very responsive and helpful hostess. Highly recommend this spot.

Great digs!

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations. The host provided great information about the area. Although the cleaning fee is a bit steep, this is definitely one of the better values to be had in the West End. I look forward to our next visit!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!! Overall we keep our rental rates very competitive and prefer to be transparent with the cleaning fee by keeping it separate, so that guests can see where their money's going. The sheets are professional washed, ironed and pressed off-site in Central London and the cleaner cleans for a minimum of 4 hours, and these costs are expensive in any capital city, especially London unfortunately. Having both lived and worked in Central London for 22 years, I know the place like the back of my hand and welcome any opportunity to share this knowledge with anyone who's coming to stay for a holiday or for business. Went to London to see Abba- stayed for a week. This place was perfect- clean, as described, great communication with owner and fantastic location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
