House is beautifully decorated with lots of modern amenities and decors, big screen television (enjoy ad-free YouTube videos, and catch up on your favorite amazon show & movies.) in all rooms and common area, and nicely decorated dining area for a cozy dinners.
Abundance of security, located just around the University of Maryland Baltimore campus.

Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in (Name on ID should match name on the payment method except for business guests). Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit is required, although the minimum $150 damages deposit applies to most guest, damages deposit may increase based on assessed rental risk. The property charges this at arrival, will be collected by means of an invoice sent to your registered email address. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to the payment method used to pay the invoice, subject to an inspection of the property.
