Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and enjoyed its quiet yet convenient location. We would like to clarify the early check-in comments. Our check-in time is 4:00 PM, and we communicated that twice that we could not approve an early check-in, but would contact you if the home became ready before 4pm. No early check-in was confirmed. You arrived approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes early and entered while our cleaner was still actively preparing the home. Belongings were brought inside and members of your group began getting ready for a wedding. This interrupted the scheduled turnover and required our cleaner to work around guests already occupying the home, which unfortunately also contributed to the door code not being fully set before check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience and responded promptly when contacted. We appreciate the feedback regarding the temperature, pillows, and blinds and will review these items. Our listing accurately represents the home, views, location, and amenities, including that there is no hot tub or expansive ocean view. The property has received many 5-star reviews, and we encourage guests to choose a home that best suits the needs and expectations of their group. We’re disappointed that the unconfirmed early check-in appears to have impacted the overall rating( even after allowing early access), particularly as the home itself was described so positively.
