Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad to hear that the kids of all ages loved the pool area. To help clarify for future guests, our pool and spa heating is an optional amenity that incurs an additional fee to cover utility costs, which is outlined in our listing details prior to booking. Because it wasn't requested for your stay, the heat remained off. We always want our guests to have the best experience possible, and we hope to welcome you back in the future to enjoy a fully heated pool and hot tub!

We are glad to hear you had a smooth, issue-free stay and that the downstairs rooms were helpful for your group. We appreciate you choosing our home and would be happy to host you again anytime!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the delay at the security gate and any confusion regarding the entry system. While the resort manages the gate operations and does not currently use plate recognition for guests, we strive to make the check-in process as smooth as possible through our pre-registration. Your feedback is valuable, and we will pass it along to the community security team to help improve their service.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! I am thrilled to hear that my home provided the perfect space for your long weekend getaway during the dance competition at Disney. Hi Janine, We're so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay! It’s wonderful to know that the home’s space, cleanliness, and pool met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback about the parking situation and understand how it can be a bit limiting with multiple cars. Unfortunately, the community’s parking rules are out of our control, but we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for choosing our home—we’d love to welcome you back for another great stay in the future!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that your family enjoyed the pool and location. A new door code was generated immediately after the original lock temporarily disabled itself from repeated incorrect entries. We strive to ensure every home is in top shape. When you reported these concerns, we offered to dispatch our maintenance team right away, but we understand you preferred not to have technicians visit during your stay. Everything you noted—from the outlets to kitchen amenities—has now been inspected and taken care of, and the HOA was notified about the lawn sprinklers. We always encourage guests to let us address issues during their stay, and we appreciate your feedback!

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay. We sincerely apologize for any discrepancies between the listing and your expectations. The game room size can sometimes differ from what guests envision, and we appreciate your feedback on that. Additionally, we regret that the pool heat wasn’t as warm as expected—as mentioned in the pool heating reminder, The heating system will perform pool warming up to a maximum of 15-20 degrees above the ambient temperature or 88 degrees, whichever is the lower. At temperatures below 50 degrees, the system will pause to protect against damage by freezing. By paying for pool heating, it is agreed that pool heating payments are made in exchange for the activation and operation of the system. No target temperature can be guaranteed. Again, we truly appreciate you choosing our home. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I'm pleased to know that the house suits your requirements for your Disney trip. As outlined in your arrival information, we provide essentials for the first 24 hours of your stay. Hoping to host you and your family again in the future!!

Hi Brittney, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you loved your stay, found the house very clean, and that communication was easy. It’s great to know that having groceries delivered made your trip even more convenient. We appreciate you sharing your experience with parking. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the listing details and are glad that security was helpful in directing you to the overflow parking. We'll review our listing to ensure parking information is as clear as possible for future guests. We’d love to host you again and again and thank you for being such a great guest! Looking forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Hi Emmariel, Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the house. We appreciate your understanding regarding the cleaning and refrigerator issues.
