Kenyan Furnished Rentals (KFR) is an intentionally small, owner-operated provider of restorative extended-stay housing serving Denver Metro Colorado.
Our furnished 30+ night residences are designed primarily for patients in medical transition, caregivers, clinical professionals, and carefully screened quiet relocators seeking a stable, low-stimulus residential environment during extended stays. Tucked into a quiet Lakewood cul-de-sac, this upper-level suite provides the natural light and residential silence necessary for high-stakes recovery and night-shift sleep. The suite is great for residential stability required during treatment, recovery, or high-intensity clinical assignments. These residences operate as quiet multifamily communities designed for restorative living and are not intended to function as traditional vacation rentals.

Because every recovery journey is unique, we do not evaluate, recommend, or guarantee suitability for any specific medical condition, mobility limitation, or recovery plan. Guests are responsible for carefully reviewing all listing photos, layouts, bed heights, bathroom configurations, stair access, and amenities to determine whether a residence meets their individual needs and physician recommendations.
Please Note:
• Beds may be higher than standard residential bed heights.
• Most residences feature traditional tub/shower combinations rather than walk-in showers.
• Suite 35B is the only residence with a walk-in shower.
• Children and visitors are welcome but must respect neighboring residents by remaining within shared spaces and avoiding neighboring private porches, patios, and residential areas.

• No parties, events, loud gatherings, or unverified overnight guests
• Low-stimulus residential environment designed for extended-stay living

VERIFICATION & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
To help preserve a stable restorative environment for all residents:
• Identity verification is required for all adult occupants
• Structured intake and signed residency agreements are required prior to confirmation
• Additional verification steps and/or traveler’s insurance may be required depending on booking channel, profile history, and stay structure

• Clinical Professionals: Professionals and trainees are considered selectively on a case-by-case basis. This is not a traditional short-term rental or budget lodging environment.
• Strict Exclusions: This residence is not suitable for vacation stays, home-buying transitions, or open-ended housing needs.

Urgency & Intake Protocol
Medical-transition housing needs move quickly. To preserve availability for medically aligned placements, all inquiries must be finalized promptly. We do not hold dates pending incomplete screening or delayed communication. Verification of medical travel or clinical assignment may be required prior to approval.

Suite 35A is a quiet upper-level residence designed for low-stimulus living during extended medical stays. Located within a small restorative micro-community on a quiet Lakewood cul-de-sac, the suite emphasizes calm, predictability, and residential stability during treatment, caregiving, or recovery.
The signature feature of this residence is The Restorative Sunroom — a naturally lit decompression space designed for reading, quiet reflection, caregiver reset, or recovery downtime between appointments and treatment cycles.
Guests may be asked to confirm a medical or treatment-related travel purpose prior to reservation approval.

Rooted in Kenya, where our founder was born, this is not a theme — it’s a design approach that prioritizes warmth, stability, and a lived-in feel over neutral, impersonal spaces.

Subtle details, including a small Kenyan flag within each space, reinforce this foundation.

• Restful Bedrooms & Living Spaces: Comfortable beds with blackout curtains and white noise machines. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac to ensure undisturbed recovery and caregiver rest.

• Full Kitchen for Healing Meals: Equipped with cookware, appliances, and starter essentials for home-cooked nutrition.
• Bathroom & Hygiene Support: Full tub/shower combo for pain relief and circulation. Shower chairs and portable grab bars are available upon request to ensure bathing with dignity.
• Private In-Unit Laundry: Dedicated washer/dryer to reduce infection risk and allow caregivers to manage laundry on their own schedule.
• Entertainment & Tech: 75-inch wall-mounted Smart TV (Netflix/Prime) and high-speed WiFi for telehealth access and staying connected.

30+ Night Residency Requirement
Minimum stay: 30 consecutive nights. Short stays, graduation groups, parties, and vacation use are not permitted. This requirement protects environmental consistency and stability for all medical residents.

Smoke-Free Enforcement
To protect guests navigating medical stress, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy:

Violation results in immediate termination. This suite is also kept pet-free to maintain allergen sensitivity standards.

Note: Heating and cooling are shared between suites. Exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor areas only.

📌 Professional Management & Integrity
This residence is directly managed by Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC using secure, platform-connected software to ensure controlled placement and verified medical residency standards.
Protection & Booking Requirements:
To finalize your stay, the following are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Signed Residency Agreement.
• Traveler’s Insurance: Required
• Government-issued ID for all adult residents [via email]
• Accidental Damage Protection: $65 (non-refundable, per month - already included in the monthly pricing)
• Incidental Hold: $500 standard – authorization only
• Additional screening and verification requirements apply for guests with limited or no Platform travel history. Prompt communication is required during the inquiry process.
A secure link for the Agreement and Hold will be provided once payment is confirmed. Access is not granted until all requirements are completed.
