We were unfortunately not aware of the bed issue until you let us know so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and maintenance has addressed the beds so this is no longer an issue. We have also brought the mud room entry cobwebs and flies to the attention of our housekeepers so they will take care of these and maintenance has fixed the screen door.
