Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the inside of the home was clean and that the team was able to respond and send someone out the same day to address the outdoor areas, and we’ll also make sure your kind note about the cleaning support is passed along to the team member who assisted you. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the coffee makers and the initial condition of the outdoor spaces at arrival. We understand how important it is for everything to be fully ready, especially for a large group stay, and we’ll be reviewing this closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to prevent similar issues moving forward. We appreciate you staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience.
