Relax and regenerate in quiet, peaceful and private surroundings

Twin Palms Villa is located in Rotonda West (Pinehurst) which is a beautiful, quiet community with well kept properties minutes from the glorious white sand beaches of Florida's gulf coast.

Supermarkets such as Walmart, Publix and Aldi are all within a few minutes along with some great restaurants catering for all tastes.

The Villa itself has a master suite with a King sized bed and en-suite shower room with twin sinks and WC. Patio doors lead directly to the solar heated pool. This room has a walk in wardrobe, lots of drawer space and a 50' flat screen HDTV with cable.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, lots of drawer space and is equipped with a flat screen HDTV. This bedroom also has its own patio doors leading to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with twin single beds, again with a walk in wardrobe and lots of drawer space. There is also a flat screen HDTV. A baby cot/crib is available upon request.

The family bathroom has a bathtub and shower, w.c. and sink and is adjacent to the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom is directly accessible from the pool area - ideal for a shower after a swim.

There is a large covered patio area with lighting and ceiling fans for al fresco dining with a table and six chairs. A gas powered BBQ is available for your use. Sun loungers are supplied for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The 7.5 meter by 4 meter (24 feet by 13 feet) pool is solar heated during the summer months with optional additional electric heating during the cooler winter months.

The property has an empty lot to the right side and rear. This ensures that the pool is private and not overlooked. Many birds visit the garden such as Cardinals and Woodpeckers.

The Lounge area is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater and two 2 seater sofas. There is a 60' HD flat screen smart TV. The villa is supplied with cable TV, 100 Mbps wireless internet and free local and national phone calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with American 2 door side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser and filtered cold water. An electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal, blender, toaster and filter coffee machine are included. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your use in the garage area.

The dining area seats 6 and a further set of patio doors lead from this area to the pool.

An integral 2 car garage with automatic door opener is included. There are 5 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs and tennis rackets available together with beach chairs and parasols.

Relaxation at its best!

What a wonderful and much needed restful vacation! We loved the private backyard with the pool. No neighbors right next door! Lovely to sit outside and listen to all the wildlife. Walking the neighborhood with very friendly neighbors was wonderful. I would go there again anytime!

Fabulous Property

Everything about the stay was positive -- the neighborhood, the house, the pool/lanai, and contact with property management. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and ability to use the garage and garage door opener. With two females staying at the house, it felt even more secure being able to pull into the garage. I travel to the area 1-2 times per year, so I'll be keeping this as my first place to check availability.

Great Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful in Rotonda West Florida. Chris and Ligia were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any needs we had. We loved using the swimming pool. Second Stay at Pinehurst House: A Refreshing Experience

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During our second visit to Pinehurst House, we were was once again impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place. The house maintains its impeccable standards, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests. One of the highlights of this stay was undoubtedly the wonderful times spent at the patio and pool area. The patio provided a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment, offering beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. Whether lounging by the poolside or enjoying meals outdoors, every moment spent in this area was truly rejuvenating. The pool itself was well-maintained and inviting, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. It was evident that the hosts take great care in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Overall, our second stay at Pinehurst House exceeded expectations, thanks to its cleanliness and the delightful amenities it offers, particularly the inviting patio and pool. Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property. Located in a nice neighborhood, this house comes with everything you would ever need. The pool was very clean and warm and my daughter enjoyed it very much. Beautiful public beaches are a short 20 min drive. The owners were very kind and friendly. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation home.

Just Lovely

The house was fantastic. The layout was wonderful for us. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from where my daughter and her best friends bedroom were located. They loved being able to step right into the bathroom after swimming. They loved getting ready in their own bathroom. They are 16. Our stay was wonderful and could not ask for a better location, swimming pool, and cleanliness house.

Perfect gateway!

Begin june 2023 we had the pleasure of staying at a vacation house Pinehurst in Rotonda, and we must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment we stepped into the house, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. One of the standout features of this vacation house was the fully equipped kitchen. It had all the amenities one could ask for. Whether we wanted to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a gourmet dinner, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Another fantastic feature was the TV with streaming movies. After a long day of exploring the surroundings and beautiful beaches, it was wonderful to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows and movies. The selection of streaming options was vast. It was like having a private theater right in the comfort of the vacation house. The heated pool was an absolute delight. We were able to take a refreshing dip and relax in the warm water. It added an extra level of luxury and enjoyment to our vacation experience. Wether we wanted to swim or simply lounge by the pool with a good book, the pool provided the perfect setting. Included on the terrace is a nice big BBQ. Overall, our stay at vacation house Pinehurst in Rotonda was exceptional. Another perfect stay

We are very glad we returned to the villa for a second stay. The property was spotless and in perfect order when we arrived, with upgrades of new carpeting throughout, a smart TV in the living room, and a new king mattress in the master. The pool is private and very quiet, perfect for floating the day away or grilling. The security and quietness of the neighborhood is really wonderful. The villa is very convenient to stores and restaurants and provides everything needed for a relaxing stay. We particularly love the easy access to Gasparilla Island beaches, which are far less crowded and far more peaceful than most other beaches in the area. On a related note, we initially hesitated returning to the area this summer due to concerns about damage sustained in the late 2022 hurricane. We were pleased to discover than aside from lingering blue tarps on some roofs and businesses, and areas of tree damage, nearly all businesses, restaurants, stores, beaches etc., are humming along as normal.

Amazing gem of a house!

I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals and this was by far is the best! This place was very clean, it had everything you needed for trips to the beach and the warm pool was perfect! Beaches are within a half hour drive and several good locations for food. The owners are responsive, accommodating and helpful, and maintenance is close by to assist in any house issues (we had none!). This house is truly incredible and we enjoyed every second of our stay!

Wonderful, private and peaceful

We have stayed in the Rotonda area for many years and love the area. This wonderful home had the most private and peaceful pool setting of any home we have ever stayed at. Surrounded on all sides by tropical growth, it truly felt like a little piece of paradise. It's hard to find pool homes in Rotonda with this level of privacy. The heated pool was wonderful as well, especially in the mornings. Plenty of sun in the pool area throughout the day, with virtually no sounds from the street or neighbors. The covered patio area made a nice place for coffee, conversation, and watching the occasional Florida downpours that are always peaceful. The home was clean, well-ordered, and stocked with everything needed for the beach and pool. A huge plus to this home is its easy proximity to all the restaurants and stores of Englewood. The world class beaches at Gasparilla Island are just 20 minutes and a $6 toll bridge charge away, a great option for less-crowded beaches as compared to Englewood Beach or Blind Pass. A Winn-Dixie grocery store has everything you may need, just 5 minutes from the home. The safety, peacefulness, location, quality WiFi, and value of the villa all deserve a full five star rating. Very pleased with our stay.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la propriété de Ligia et Chris. La maison est très propre, bien équipée tant pour les besoins domestiques que pour la plage. Entourée par les arbres et sans voisins immédiats, elle offre beaucoup d'intimité. Elle est située dans un quartier qui donne facilement accès à toute la région et à de belles plages.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this villa Very clean and well stocked The heated pool was always around 95 degrees, It was one of our favorite parts. So many amazing beaches to visit in the area as well. We will be back next year :)

Twin Palms Villa Vacation

First, let me say that we haven't rented a vacation house in many years. We have always stayed in hotels when we traveled. So we didn't really know what to expect with this rental. When we arrived at the Villa, we were amazed at how clean, how well supplied it was, and the great location! We loved how quiet and peaceful the house is, especially having breakfast on the lanai and listening to all the different kinds of birds. We did notice a couple of very minor issues with the house. So on a Sunday morning, I called the maintenance company. To my surprise, someone actually answered (I didn't have to leave a message). "Dave" came by within a couple hours and took care of the issues! We loved swimming in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed a most relaxing vacation! We do plan on returning soon and hope the Villa will be available again for us. Thank you Ligia and Chris for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing

If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, quite and relaxing this is the place to stay. There is multiple beaches within a short drive. The house has every thing you could possibly need and more there are bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and sand toys. The only thing I would I would suggest is to make sure when you go to the store grab toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I would most definitely stay at this property again.

Nice place to stay. Clean house, not overstuffed; lots of space. Clean pool. Car is the must. Just a few suggestions - please leave some cleaning supplies for day or two, such as a sponge, dishwasher powder, a garbage bag.

One of the best stays

We found everything that we needed and asked for in this holiday and stay. Everything was smooth, and the house was great; my kids loved it. Mark, the owner, did good communication before and during our stay and nothing went wrong. I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday.

Great House for Us

We were very pleased with the accommodations for our stay in Englewood! The house was very clean and well-appointed. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent most of the week in the pool which was a good size. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!

Very nice and quiet, and very close to multiple beaches.

Everything was perfect, my kids really enjoyed the pool. The bikes, fishing poles and beach chairs came in handy and added entertainment without having to buy extra things. Beautiful house all around, I would definitely stay again and recommend others to aswell.
