10 foot high ceilings provide an uplifting ambience. High-end appliances to further your enjoyment. Larger bath, for those who enjoy a good soak too. When the swell is substantial you can hear the waves breaking! Quiet residential neighborhood. Five minutes to I-5 so easy commutes. This penthouse offers a Smart TV, full kitchen, full size desk, two queen beds, a washer/dryer, and much more. Freshly built so everything inside is new and clean. San Clemente is a quiet and fun beach town with great beaches and restaurants. World class surfing. Dana Point and Oceanside Harbors are nearby for boating and fishing charters. Ferry runs daily from Dana Point to Catalina Island.

We had a lovely stay at Rooftop in San Clemente! Clean and bright with a beautiful rooftop view. Close to downtown and walking distance to restaurants and coffeehouses. Will definitely stay again.

Our favorite spot to stay when in SC. Breakfast at Cafe Rae, rentals at the bike shop, and the beach stairs are all walking distance. The attention to detail that the owners put into their home is beautiful. The space is perfect for us: the interior design is exquisite coastal luxury, my husband loves the rainfall shower head, the ocean views from the top deck are stunning, beds are comfy, ac is cold (if you need it), essentials are provided along with other little things we didn’t even know we needed till we saw them, and the owners are pleasant & helpful. Thank you Saul & Sara for opening your home to us once again. It made for another memorable trip!

Perfect place for a CA stay

Our family stayed for a week and loved this place. Photos are accurate depictions of the place. Modern appliances, tall ceilings and good access to the beach and freeway. We would stay here again!

Cali getaway

The condo was professionally decorated and had a nice rooftop sitting area! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had rainfall shower head and detachable shower head. It was a great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful stay!

Easy check in and comfortable lodgings!

pictures are very accurate. we had a great time! the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were upscale. (the washer/dryer was very convenient) Shower was also really nice. It was a comfortable, well taken care of property. Definitely recommend!

Misleading and disappointing

This second-floor unit was located in a very crowded and hilly area of San Clemente not very close to the beach. It is quite small and not suitable at all for older adults. While the unit itself was quite clean and attractively decorated, it was not very practical or comfortable. We had a fuse blow, shutting off the refrigerator and requiring several interventions by the owner. The very high bathtub posed a safety hazard since there was no bathmat or grab bar in it. We were unable to access basic network programming on the Roku TV and the combination washer/dryer was basically worthless as clothes did not get clean or dry even after several hours.

A month was not enough!

A perfectly appointed, private sanctuary in a residential neighborhood. With high-end finishes in both the kitchen and bath, sophisticated decor and furnishings, we hosted dinners for local family, relaxed in privacy and truly embraced the San Clemente lifestyle

Clean & comfortable in beautiful San Clemente

We wanted a comfortable place near the ocean that would be convenient for 2 of our kids to visit (from San Diego and Loma Linda). This exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very well laid out to make maximum use of its size, and is very attractively decorated. Sara & Sahl provided everything we needed. We loved San Clemente, a new spot for us.

Amazing anniversary getaway

This is a perfect hidden gem. The pictures do not do it justice. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this a perfect getaway. It is just around the corner from all of our favorite shops and restaurants. Nice ocean views. Sophisticated modern touches. A short stroll to the ocean

Beautiful and Bright

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and comfortable condo. It is bright and inviting and the location was great. It is on the small side, but perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach and local coffee shops and restaurants. I’m OCD about cleanliness and loved how it was stocked with a vacuum and floor mop. It has everything you need and more. Like other reviewers mentioned, the bathtub is huge and we loved it. The rooftop views are amazing, we took some great photos! Sara and Sahl were great hosts and were very responsive. We met Sara and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. We had some issues with the all in one washer and dryer, but not a big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach dream house

This was a perfect place for my brother and I. Very clean, beautifully decorated, inredibly comfortable beds, and very close to beach and other amenities! We even had use of the rooftop jacuzzi! We want to return next year!

Not in the tourist part of town

Densely packed local neighborhood. No sidewalks. Beach theme is well done. Clean. Nice furnishings. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms. When one person is awake, everyone is up. Bring your eyeshades. The washer/dryer is a mystery. It took 6 hours to do a load which is challenging for a beach vacation. Great spot for the money .

Awesome Stay!

Sara & Sahl’s place is incredible. This is the first time we didn’t stay with friends and instead decided to rent some of our own. Everything we needed was provided, extra little things were set up when we arrived like coffee, trail mix, water, etc. Tons of blankets, towels, cozy throws. The place was super clean, gorgeous decor and the use of space for the square footage was impressive. Bed was comfy with a memory foam mattress topper maybe? We only used the main bedroom, but the second bedroom was a Murphy bed that could actually fold up and be used as a desk/ office area as well. We chose to use it as a landing pad for our suitcases. They have a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen too - so convenient. Dual rain head shower, great pressure. Location is perfect. One of our favorite breakfast spots called Café Rae, was easily walkable and the steps down to the beach, were just around the corner. Make sure to check the low tide times so you can actually walk down on the sand. We usually rent bikes at Bicycle San Clemente, and head out to Dana Point. Be aware, lots of hills in this town and unless you get an electric, you’ll probably be walking your bikes a few times up some. A/C was cold if we wanted it. Furniture is coastal luxury, extremely comfy and beautiful! And the rooftop deck has a 360 view with a hot tub you can use if the owners are not. Seaside Retreat was truly perfect for our stay, and I know we’ll be back next year for sure. Thanks guys!

Very clean and well decorated.

This condo unit was extremely clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathroom. Although the condo unit itself was rather small,there was a great outdoor space on the top deck with a table and chairs for 4, a couch, fire pit and hot tub. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to return here 1 day.

Beautiful and tranquil beach property

What can I not say about this awesome property? Upon opening the door we were amazed by the cleanliness and beauty of this cozy Vrbo. High end appliances were a nice feature. I loved the gas cooktop even tho we didn’t cook. This property is perfect for a family of three or four to stay in! Sara and Sahl were wonderful in their communication, smiles, and overall making us feel comfortable at their property. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful and super walkable. We didn’t have to do a thing when we checked out, either! They said just leave the bedding and towels and we were pleasantly thrilled. I love that in the kitchen sink, they also have a filtered water faucet next to the larger faucet. Shower was HUGE. Overall I would love to stay here again. Book this, you won’t regret it!

Perfect Family Getaway in San Clemente

My recent two week stay at Talia's Seaside Retreat was a delightful as advertised! Situated less than a mile from the beach and iconic San Clemente pier, the location was ideal - conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The space was clean, bright, and perfectly decorated. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property exceeded our expectations with its prime location, bright, comfortable space and accommodating hosts. It was the perfect choice for our family getaway and we hope to return!
