Thank you for your review! We’re delighted you found the condo clean and comfortable and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies and will share your suggestions with the owner. We’re glad you had a great visit and hope to welcome you back again! Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, nice pool, and friendly staff. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we understand that warmer days can still be uncomfortable, and we appreciate you noting that for future guests. Regarding parking, each condo includes an assigned parking space, but the garage clearance and space sizes can be challenging for larger trucks. We recommend guests with oversized vehicles contact us before arrival so we can help review the best available parking options. Thank you again for choosing MakeMyVacation. We hope to welcome you back again! – MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the unit was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the space, convenient location, and easy check-in and check-out process. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad check-in and parking went smoothly, but we’re sorry the unusually warm weather and broken bedroom ceiling fan affected your comfort. We have referred the fan to our maintenance team for repair. The luggage carts are shared complex amenities, so unfortunately their availability can vary. The condo does not offer air conditioning, as noted in the listing, and reservation changes are handled according to the cancellation terms agreed to at booking. We appreciate your comments and will use them to help improve the guest experience. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you love North Coast Village, but we’re very sorry that this particular condo did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we apologize that the carpets and pullout blanket were not in the condition they should have been. We understand how disappointing that would be, especially when it affected your comfort enough to leave a day early. We will review this with our housekeeping team and the owner so these items can be addressed. We’re also sorry about the TV remote batteries. That is something that should be checked before arrival, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for your honest comments. We regret that this stay fell short and appreciate the opportunity to improve for future guests. – MakeMyVacation Team
