The apartment is bright and sunny and features a full-size murphy bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away.



The Space:

This is a petite studio with full size (double) murphy bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing.

You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem.

Free parking is provided on-site. Uber / Lyft / e-scooters are all available for hire.

This unit requires you to climb 1 set of stairs to gain entry.



Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this building means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours.

We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. This document will be sent over SMS text messaging to the number you have on file with your booking agency.



The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 5 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.
