Offering the best of luxurious, oceanside living, this home features 4 bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom and ocean-view deck, allowing for abundant privacy when desired. Break out your inner chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space and a two-seat breakfast bar. The second and third levels each feature two generous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, offering space for all your loved ones! Watch the sunrise over the ocean on one of your five decks or take a dip in the sunken hot tub and listen to the waves crashing as you soak in privacy. The hot tub was very clean and new - we used it way more than I expected! The decks are nice, updated composite material (no concerns about old boards or splinters) and were inviting to sit on to view the ocean or sunsets. Lots of kitchen and bath items available for use if need be. Great beach access and location for walking around Dewey. Excellent working A/C which we were grateful for on our sweltering August days!

Wonderful property, great location!

We loved staying in this very comfortable and spacious home! Steps to the beach, very easy communication with the property manager when we had some questions, and everything we needed at the house!

We enjoyed our beach stay at this comfortable, well equipped condo. The beach was just steps away. The check in process was easy and the property manager was super responsive to any questions. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Great location

This rental was perfect for our stay. We had 3 couples and one 6 mo. old in our group. The location was great and house was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for our stay!

Plenty of space for families with cleanliness and hospitality kept at the forefront. No complaints regarding this property or the processes for check in and out. Great location with many beach and vacations amenities included at the property.

We have stayed at this house for two years now and cannot wait to return! It is so close to the beach and perfect for family travel! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Perfect getaway

The condo was an amazing location—feet from the beach and a quick walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Julie the property manager was also fantastic—super nice and very communicative!

Perfect Summer Holiday

From the first day to the last, this was the perfect setting for a family beach reunion. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen complete, and the beach was mere steps away. The property manager, Julie, couldn't have been more helpful.

Family Beach Trip

Beautiful home with lots of room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. So many "extras" with this house. Chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, etc. Close to the beach and town. Property manager was a sweetheart! Would stay here again. Thanks!!

What a wonderful house and relaxing stay. My sister and our families, kids ages ranging 2-25, had plenty of space as well as gathering space for game nights. We spent alot of time on the decks! Hot tub was a brilliant bonus. My sons took advantage of the bikes available as well as boogie boards. Restaurants and bars just a quick walk for the older set. The beach was steps off the deck, just beautiful. We definitely recommend, pictures are great but even better in person.

Great location and layout.

The townhouse is located steps from the beautiful, clean life guard beach. Location was better than expected. The house was clean and very well stocked. We loved the layout of having 4 bedrooms that all had their own full bath. Communication between the property manager was tremendous. Any issue or question was addressed immediately. Definitely would love to return.

Great property!

We extended a July 4 visit at friend’s beach house for some family time. Access to all things Dewey are perfect in this spot. Literally steps from the beach. Jolly Trolly stop at the end of the street is perfect for a hop to Rehobeth. The house itself allowed 5 of us to spread out - 4 beds/baths was ideal. The hot tub was a hit, even with the heat. The grill worked great. The beach and sunset views from the 2nd floor king bedroom was our favorite. We would definitely recommend and rent this property again!

The location of this property was wonderful! It had plenty of space for an extended family to stay. It had 4 spacious bedrooms (the king rooms had the showers, the twin rooms had shower tub combos). Each bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony too. The hot tub and plentiful supply of beach equipment at the property were some of the highlights! The kitchen, living area, laundry and half bath are on first floor. Second floor was a king room and bunk room. Third floor was another king room and the 2 twin bed room.

By far the best we’ve found in 30 years of trips to Dewey or Rehoboth. (Also the most expensive, but well worth it!) The hosts were easily reachable, friendly, attentive - not that we had anything to complain about. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, etc from the hosts and prior guests. Beds and bathrooms spotless. Beach chairs on site meant more room in our cars for the trip. And, of course, 60 seconds to the beach! The RB experience has lost its charm, but we will try to book this home any time we’re back in Dewey. Excellent!

Serenity Now Dewey Beach 9/13/2024

Beautiful, clean well-equipped condo. Four bedrooms four and a half bath. Games, bikes, beach chairs and ping pong. We loved the hot tub and the views from all the decks. Starboard is located at the end of the block and the beach is steps away. Julie was very prompt and available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved this place. 5 stars!

Relaxing escape

The property is so cozy and relaxing the moment you step in. The rooms are laid out nicely with a bathroom and balcony for each and views of the ocean. We loved having the hot tub since the sun was playing peekaboo during our stay and the outside temp would dip but also got hot and sunny. It’s so close to the beach you can easily run back if you forgot something or need anything from the house. My family and I are so glad we booked this! Julie was so kind and thoughtful and even messaged us to let us know about the blue moon rising over the ocean (which was breathtaking). We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic property for our group. Steps from the ocean, Starboard and all of the happenings in Dewey. Property layout with 4 BRs and 4 BAs works great and multiple decks provide great spaces to spend time. Would love to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The location is perfect, so close to the beach and walkable to everything in Dewey and to Rehoboth. The house was actually better than the pictures, the hosts had updated the bedding and it is much brighter than it looked in the listing. Having the hot tub was great--we used it every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and having linens and towels included was a huge plus for us. Parking was a little tight so if you have a large vehicle it can take a little maneuvering, but it is doable. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Location!!

Perfect location! The beach was steps away and right down the block were many restaurant options. The Property Manager responded quickly to texts and calls. The house had plenty of room for six adults without us feeling like we were stepping on each other. The kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was a nice after beach/evening activity, We would rent this property again.
