Looking for a relaxing South Padre Island beach getaway with space, privacy, and comfort? Welcome to Casa Del Mar, a recently renovated 4-bedroom beach house located just a short walk from the beach and perfect for families, multiple couples, or groups traveling together.

Unique Layout – Ideal for Groups

This property is made up of two separate 2-bedroom units:

Downstairs unit: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living & dining area

Upstairs unit: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living & dining area

Each unit has its own private entrance.

Important Note:
There is no interior connection between the upstairs and downstairs units. When you book the entire house, both units are exclusively yours, but they are accessed separately from outside.

This layout is perfect for:

Rooms were very clean, and I will definitely emphasize that. Host was quick to respond to any and all our questions which were just general questions, nothing of concern. Check in was easy, no stress when checking out either. Location was great, middle of everything. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and plenty of pots and pans (we like to cook) so that was great. Kids loved the pool. Wish we could have spent more time in pool area but days just go by so quick. Outdoor Bbq area a major plus! Nice atmosphere with the pool and lights along fence. Plenty of room for all of us including our doggy (10 people plus dog). Had a great time and will definitely return. Felt like home to us.

Overall the rental was great! My only feedback is, it may. Be time to replace some of the furniture because some of the chairs weren’t as sturdy to sit on and we didn’t want to break them and the microwave door handle is broken. The place was clean and the layout was great could use more kitchen tools for the downstairs kitchen to be able to cook as well

Our stay was amazing! Robert was extremely helpful and very communicative. The location was great, there was a specs and Whataburger nearby which was super convenient. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have picked a better place! All the rooms had plenty of space and the backyard including the pool was beautiful. I highly recommend this spot for anyone!

July 4th stay

My family and friends had an amazing time. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and ice-cold AC. The upstairs patio provided a lovely afternoon breeze, allowing us to sit, chat, and simply enjoy each other's company. I would definitely love to stay again!

Very clean inside. Needs a little closer attention to trash in the back yard. The pool was very refreshing. The blinds on the front door need to be replaced. front and side yard needed mowing. Love the plumeria.

Beautiful but

It was overall a beautiful house, just had one room that lights wouldn’t turn on at all. It was 5 of us in one room and not a single light could turn on, which we needed ! Tried to contact property manager, didn’t reply. Other than that, this was a beautiful house.

Great property in an excellent location. The private pool was totally awesome. Host was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Totally missed information that there was no indoor access to the different levels but it worked out fine. Highly recommend this property for rental.

Nice get away

There were so many pros to this house. It was a nice getaway. I liked how there were 2 different living areas and the house had an upstairs with 2 rooms, kitchen and livingroom and the bottom had the same thing, both with their own entrance. It made it convenient for us, my brother and his friends stayed up stairs and my husband and I stayed down. This house is a great idea for 2 families that want to stay in the same house but have their own space. The pool was a plus too it wasn’t too big or too small. Also about a mile from all the bars and a few night spots.

Overall Good

Overall everything was good..only a few minor details like the trash bin outside being super full so we couldn't throw any of our trash. Swimming pool was dirty when we checked in so our kids couldn't get in. Everything else was great.
