Better than staying at a hotel

The property is a duplex. Was quiet. Clean. The key lock box is a little antiquated but works. I would rent again if needed.

Good

We stay one night and make dinner and this unit has everything we need. The only thing missing is this unit doesn't provide shampoo and body wash but it is ok as we bring our own.

Great location and great property; noisy neighbors

The property and unit itself are wonderful and the accommodations are great. The only negative about our stay were the noisy neighbors who were up doing karaoke at 1am and their inconsiderate parking that blocked the entire driveway. Understanding that this rental is separate and that who’s next door could be random, just be prepared for the thinner walls and shared outdoor space that allows noise to carry into the other unit at all hours. With that said, we will likely stay again because it is a great property nonetheless!

This property is a great place, nice location. My family and I have stayed here twice, if i travel back to Tyler i would stay here again. Clean and lots of room for family.

A total Nightmare

I rented the property for two consecutive months due the fact I had a house fire at my home. I was a little disappointed upon arrival because the duplex had a large wooden porch that set about 27 inches of thewere shared between both units. The outside wasn't shown on the site. A large trash can were sitting right next to my door and flies were everywhere. The overall house were cleaned accept between the stove and counter. A large build-up of food was on the floor. There was food in the bottom of the refrigerator. My problem started with the bed in the master bedroom. Getting out of bed one morning the slid completely from on me. The box spring was nailed to a piece of plywood and pot shown on the site.

Proceed with caution

The property isn't safe. The bed in the master's room has plywood nailed to the mattress fountain and the whole bed moves when getting out of it. EMS picked up due to a fall while trying to get out of the moving bed. There are four steps with no handrails, the steps are warped and uneven. My foot caught on the uneven steps and I fell to the ground, I sprained my knee, Im currently in a knee brace and using a walker, I am still seeing an orthopedic doctor. There is a large porch that is about 30 inches high above the ground. There is no railings around the porch which is dangerous because there is nothing to prevent a person or smal child from falling off of the porch. There is lighter fluid and charcoal sitting on the porch which could be deadly if small children decided to put it in their mouth. The bunkbeds, porch and steps do not meet the International Building Code for a commercial rental property. This is not the place if you have family and want peace of mind during your stay. no handrails

We stayed at the house last year so our return was good. Everything was good. It might be nice having hand and face towels. Also bath soap would be nice.

It was clean easy access and communication with property owner was easy the location just so happened to be exactly where i wanted it and we got to buy fireworks right next door. Very pleased with our stay

Quiet and Cozy

We had a great stay during our sons baseball tournament. The duplex was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. Domy was excellent and very quick to respond with any questions.

Nice Place

It was a bit unassuming when you pull up, I wasn't aware it was a duplex until we arrived. There is a large porch, however no place to sit outside. I also didn't like that the garbage can was sitting at the entry (flies were everywhere). The place was very nice and comfortable, and the neighbors were nice gentlemen working on a construction contract. Overall, a good place if you are in Tyler.

We had a wonderful stay

We did enjoy our stay here. The property was located close enough to everything we needed to get to. The check-in process was straightforward. It was obvious that the owner cared for the property and was very welcoming to guests.

Would Stay Here Again!

This place worked well for my little family. We were in the area for a birthday party and this VRBO was more affordable than multiple hotels rooms plus it allowed us to be together. The host was quick to respond and the checkin and checkout were super easy.

Weekend Wedding

We traveled to Tyler for a family wedding and needed a place that was close to the wedding venue. This house was a good choice for our needs. Just the right size for a family of four.

Perfect place to stay. Very clean and easy to find

Would definitely stay here again. We go to Tyler once a year for a disc golf tournament and this was the perfect location. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Baseball tournament getaway

My family needed a place to stay around Bullard for my sons Dixie Youth baseball tournament. Hotels would have cost us the same if not more ad we would hv had to stay in separate rooms from my parents. With this home we were able to all stay together allowing for more time as a family. This home was lovely! Packed with the essentials in case you forgot anything and the owners are extremely friendly and responsive to any and all needs!

Work trip Tyler texas

Property is freshly renovated off main road but not noisy. Great crash pad for 5 men working 12 hr days. If we cone back to Tyler Texas we would stay again. Hopefully the host will put address # outside house. It was difficult to find in the evening after a long day.
