Boasting 1,800 square feet of well-appointed space, with accommodations for 10, this property has more than enough room for larger families or groups of friends together. Retreat to this luxurious Gulf front vacation rental condo and watch all of your worries float away!

It will be effortless to settle in and make yourself at home in this 1,800 square feet condo with an open and airy floor plan and floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the spacious living room, you'll find a flat screen TV with satellite for watching your favorite shows or surfing on the free Wi-Fi provided, as well as a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and all the necessary appliances for whipping up gourmet delights! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker provided. The high bar counter has 4 barstools while the dining area has one 6-chair dining set. From here, you can step out on to the large balcony. After a day full of fun, retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms which all have flat screen TV's and plenty of closet space to rest up for more adventures the next day! The master bedroom suite has a king bed, and the master bathroom has a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a plush king bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the third guest bedroom has two cozy twin beds.

When you're ready to step out of the condo, you'll have access to a variety of great amenities within the complex. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or indoor pool! There's also a tennis court for some outdoor recreation time. Ready to head to the beach? Take a stroll down the private boardwalk and feel free to use the outdoor shower station to rinse the sand off on your way back in. If you want to show off your grilling skills, a BBQ area and outdoor dining sets provides the perfect place! The Enclave is walking distance to Wal-Mart, Rouses, Cactus Cantina, Moe's Bar B Que, Surfside Pizza, Del's Ice Cream, Cafe Beignet, and more wonderful shops and eateries.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Upon arrival you will need to check-in with security in the meeting room next to the indoor pool to pick up your passes. This room is on the right-hand side of the elevators when facing the building. Security will be present daily from 3-11pm. Parking is first come, first serve. There are overflow parking options if the lot is full upon check-in. Security can provide you with those options. *U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
