Morols Kingdom Villa Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a 24 hr. gated & guarded community.

Conveniently located close to all major attractions including Disney World, LegoLand, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Station.

We take pride in giving our complete dedication to make your feel as comfortable, safe, stress free and relaxed during your vacation.

Our villa offers 4 Themed Bedrooms (2 Master Suites) & 3 Full Bathrooms, a game room, and a screened in Pool with a Jacuzzi.

The space
Would you like to experience a tranquility and a stress-free vacation atmosphere? Do you like listening to the birds while sipping a cup of coffee outside the patio looking at the wide range of grass and plants outside the backyard? Do you like listening to the sounds of waterfalls from our hot tub in the morning? What makes this villa so special and unique is that you will feel like you are in a safe and relax place surrounded with beautiful trees and wide range of grass. You would be able to enjoy the quietness of the community after leaving the noisy and crowded themed parks or beaches. We are close to stores, restaurants and Posner Park outlet mall in Davenport.

The home is decorated with comfortable mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, and quilts. The kitchen includes a toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, blender. aroma digital rice cooker, slow cooker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, electric kettle, plastic dinnerware set perfect to use for kids, pot-pans, high quality plates, and silverware. All are brand new! We also provide salt and pepper, cooking oil and assorted spices. We have a game room with foosball table, arcade games and a hockey table. One of the arcade games is not operable. We even provide pack n play crib, double stroller, and 2 wooden highchairs so you can travel light.

Overall one of the best experiences. The host is extremely communicative. I had zero concerns that any issues I may have encountered would not have been immediately addressed. The property manager was also very helpful.The house is very nicely stocked with the essentials. Each member of our party commented on the comfortable beds. Spacious environment without overly cluttered decorations. The game room was enjoyed by all.

The location is great. It was central to all of the day trips we made in the area. The check-in process was easy and our hosts were easy to reach. For us it was an ideal setup, the comfort/privacy of a home with a very easy hotel-like process. My wife is confined to a manual wheelchair and while the house does not have special features specifically for wheelchair users, the layout and features (the grab bar for the bathtub, for example) made it wholly accessible to her. Overall, an excellent property and one we'd stay at again if we were traveling to the Orlando area again.

Nice Haines City home

Home was nice and in very good condition. It was well maintained. We didnt have any issues when staying. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again.

Just what we asked for

We enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Kids enjoyed the pool. It's only about a 30-40 minute drive to Disney or Legoland and about a 45-60 minute drive to universal. This worked out for our weekend trip nicely.

We had a terrific stay. The heated pool was super inviting. Central location for a 3-generation family vacation that enjoyed Legoland and Disney. Oh and it is the perfect orientation to witness Falcon 9 rocket launches. Yes, Cape Canaveral is a good bit away but you are lined up to see a glorious event if they launch at dawn. Well worth the wake-up to try seeing the “space jellyfish" phenomenon. Look it up, it is an awesome experience. It occurs if the sky is clear and on a pre-dawn launch. We were lucky to experience both from this house. We were comfortable throughout the stay and had excellent communication with our hosts.

Wonderful home and area.

We spent 12 days and had a great vacation. The house and community are wonderful. After busy days at the theme parks and attractions, it was relaxing at the house to eat, swim and visit with friends. The communication with Robert and Jocelyn was was quick and easy, they made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Many amenities are close, and Manny's Chophouse is a fantastic close restaurant (be sure to make a reservation, it’s popular). We couldn’t have felt safer staying there in a secure community.

Great rental

This house was wonderful. Everything was clean, organized, comfortable and lots of extra touches-like filtered water to drink, kitchen has everything for cooking, and wifi was fast so my daughter could work remotely part of the time. Pool was super warm as we had requested, even on cooler days. House has ltrees and shrubs to provide privacy for pool and also many kinds of birds. We would definitely like to return.

Wonderful

Had a great stay here in Haines city. It was a little big for just the two of us, but it worked out because I stayed at the house while my partner was doing some training nearby during the week. So I had a lot of space to work remotely and didn’t feel cooped up at all. The pool deck was nice and private and I enjoyed watching all the local squirrels and birds while drinking some tea. He didn’t have to worry while he was at training because the neighborhood was very safe. The rooms and the game room was absolutely adorable. I wished we had nieces and nephews staying with us because they would have loved the theme rooms. We will absolutely be back with our family next time!

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated and guarded community. Guests may ONLY access the community through the Guard House, located at 801 Bates Road, Haines City, FL 33844. Please be prepared to give your name, the address of the property you will be visiting, length of stay, and your driver's license or government issued photo identification. The guard will document your information and license plate number before allowing you access to the community, and will provide you with a temporary tag to place on the back of your rearview mirror. Each time you attempt to enter the community, guard will review your temporary tag and quickly permit you access as long as the tag is valid and not expired.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a modern, guarded, gated community, located on US Highway 27, south of I-4 in Haines City, Florida, offering a variety of short-term/vacation rentals and year-round occupancy.

It's convenient location provides easy access to all the major attractions, including Walt Disney World, LegoLand, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens, as well as Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland.

Incorporated in 2005, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake was originally developed with Mediterranean-style villas. In more recent years, new developers have introduced a more contemporary flair to the community, bringing a more eclectic feel. The general appearance and maintenance of the development is paramount, and all villas are maintained to ensure consistently high standards throughout.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes offers lakefront amenities, including a boat ramp, and fishing dock, as well as a limited-use clubhouse.
