Villa comes with an amazing large swimming pool. Daily breakfast provided upon request, house cleaning and a personal cook is here to make your meals if desired. Enjoy waking up every morning at DESIRED VIEW, amazing and breathtaking view of the ocean and beautiful Pitons. Enjoy taking a wonderful walking trail to the beach with historical sites. Grilling entertainment at your heart's desire. Every day will be an amazing and wonderful adventure. Scuba diving sessions, fishing, mud baths at the Sulphur springs and a hike up the Pitons. Rental car or SUV services are also available, make everyday something special and one to last you a lifetime of memories. Additional queen bed is available upon request.

Excellent property. Very nice pool. Excellent location. The host and the staff we outstanding. The location was very close to all the sites and sounds of st Lucia. What a beautiful island and beautiful people. Breakfast each morning was the best. Thank you!

I would report this property to be shut down. The photos are deceptive. Run down. No hot water. Pools un-usable to due green algae. No one to answer calls when we arrived at 6:00 pm Dog barking outside If you’re not in good shape to walk, you can not get around the grounds. It’s up hill and very very uneven path. We left the next morning as soon as I could get a taxi out. No coffee pot

Fantastic opportunity!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Great views of the ocean, a real and friendly Saint-Lucian neighborhood and a proximity to La Soufrière and local attractions. Nadia was very attentive to our needs, the apartment is new with the pool almost finished. Please don't forget to rent a 4x4 vehicle for your trip to Saint-Lucia.

They really look after you

Nadia’s place is new and has a lovely view south to Saint Vincent. You can stand on the porch and watch the sun set through the palms. The AC in the bedroom was really appreciated at night. The best thing about a stay here is not the apartment, it’s Nadia and her extended family that look after the place and you during your stay. They really do extend themselves. And the new pool is very close to being done and will be a great addition. If I had a suggestion it would be: rent an SUV. You can walk to the Gros Piton trailhead and to Tet Rouge for drinks and dinner and a local convenience store but that’s about it. There’s a local beach that is fairly close by but even for it you’ll want a car.

Disaster Check-in, Forced to Cancel

At the time of booking, the listing offered a villa with 2 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments totaling 2 beds and 2 baths. I corresponded on multiple occasions with Nadia the property manager before my arrival and there were no further discussions about the listing or any changes. When we arrived to the villa, we were greeted by Nadia's associate Garvin who led us to the first apartment. We entered to find a 1-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom as promised, but also with an air mattress covered with a sheet in the living room. We asked to be shown the other apartment promised in our booking and were told by Garvin that the booking included only the 1 apartment and the air mattress was supposed to be a second bed. We immediately called Nadia who requested evidence of our claims and asked Garvin to verify. We showed him the website verifying the booking details of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1 villa, 2 apartments, and Garvin proceeded to show us to the second apartment. As we began to unpack our luggage, Garvin returned and stated we could not stay in the second apartment as it had been booked by someone else and they were on the way to the villa. He said Nadia attempted to have them cancel, but as they were already on the way, it was their honeymoon, and they were native to St. Lucia, they would receive preference. One of my guests asked for an explanation as to why being native to St. Lucia would make any difference when we had both booked the same space (I am also of St. Lucian descent and had traveled there to visit family including my mother - they were not aware of this), and Garvin immediately became defensive and belligerent, claiming he was being called racist. From then on, a confrontation ensued between him and my 2 female guests during which he became even more belligerent, disrespectful, and threatening, and had to be held back by my nephew who had come to help us get settled. After this hostility continued for a time, we decided that if they were not going to give us the space promised, and now the environment is unsafe because of this confrontation, we would leave. Up until we were able to get transportation elsewhere, Garvin continued to antagonize our group. Eventually we left and Nadia agreed that the listing was misleading and falsely advertised and provided a refund. The villa looked very nice and I think we would've enjoyed staying there otherwise. The location is a bit out of the way and far from the major attractions.

Hi I'm sorry you felt that the listing is misleading, I have changed nothing on the site since the first day it was listed.. the listing clearly states 2 1 bedroom apartment villas. I haven't had any issues at all with the way the listing is setup or complains from my past guest. On VRBO there are lots of pictures and also a video of each villa . My assistant Garvin told me you guys came with major attitude and that wasn't rite. You requested a rental and upon arrival at the villa you requested it because you said you wouldn't be able to drive on the island, and refused to take it.. it all started off on the wrong setting and ending in a way I wasn't to pleased . I called VRBO ASAP and explained to them the issues I was having with you and explained it wasn't my fault and no changes needed to be done on site... Again you should've double checked the villa setup.I did nothing wrong and I'm sorry you experience turned the way it did.. like you stated my Villa is beautiful and if given the chance we could've made it work.. . I do wish you the best and thanks for the review.
