Pool & Spa Details

• Heated spa is included at no extra cost and available 24/7.
• Pool heating is optional (recommended October–May) and can be pre-heated to 85°F with advance notice.

Rental Agreement & City Ordinance

The City of Palm Springs requires all short-term rentals to comply with its Vacation Rental Ordinance.
After booking, guests will receive a DocuSign rental agreement and must provide:
• Valid photo ID
• Email address
• Guest roster with full names and email addresses

Minimum rental age: 25
Documents due: 5 days before check-in

Violating city rules (noise, occupancy, unregistered guests, parties, or unauthorized pets) may result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $350 penalty to the host.

Parking & Access

• Free parking for up to 3 cars (driveway and overnight street parking permitted)
• No garage access
• Smart lock entry with personalized code provided on the morning of check-in

Important Notices

No amplified outdoor music is allowed anywhere in Palm Springs (strict city ordinance; minimum fine $500). Please respect local noise laws to maintain a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.

Exterior security cameras (front door, driveway, side gates, and backyard perimeter) are active for safety when the home is vacant. Cameras are not monitored during guest stays and there are no interior cameras.
