Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased you appreciated the home but sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay affected your family’s experience. We understand the importance of having all amenities available, especially during a special family gathering. Our pool receives regular professional servicing, and our team coordinated with service providers to address the reported concerns. We also take pest-related issues seriously, particularly when guest safety is involved. While some matters required additional attention, we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Your feedback has been shared with our team for further review, and we remain committed to improving property maintenance and ensuring a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

We are blown away by this review, Joseph. We are grateful that your family has chosen to stay in our home. We always keep our house nice and clean for our guests to have a comfortable stay. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased you appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. We regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Our pool receives regular professional servicing, and we take all maintenance concerns seriously. We acknowledge your efforts to bring these matters to our attention and understand the inconvenience caused. Your comments regarding the outdoor areas and kitchen provisions have also been shared with our team for review and necessary improvements. We appreciate your stay and remain committed to ensuring our property and amenities consistently meet the standards our guests expect.

Thank you for acknowledging that the home was clean and located in a great neighborhood. We do, however, strongly disagree with the characterization of the listing as deceptive. The pool, heating, and spa concerns were taken seriously and have since been reviewed and addressed by the appropriate maintenance teams. Temporary mechanical issues can occur, but they do not amount to intentional misrepresentation of the property or its amenities. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of our listing and want to assure future guests that the reported issues have been corrected and the property continues to be properly maintained.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad check-in was smooth and communication met your expectations. However, the jacuzzi is not listed as part of the property’s amenities, and guests are advised to review the listing details prior to booking. The outage was an unforeseen service interruption beyond our control, but we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your kind appreciation! We’re delighted that you had such a positive experience. We look forward to your next visit!

Hope you enjoyed your stay!
