Sugarloaf Lodge is located south of Lead off Hwy 85S, and includes a two-car garage, a hot tub, and central AC. This custom lodge is 4,500 square feet, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms on three levels, plus an open loft which is furnished with a queen bed and desk. The primary bedroom has a king bed as well as a second king suite on the lower level. The third has a king bed and bedroom four has a queen bed.

Beyond the second suite in the lower level is the game area with a pool table, poker table, and a TV, a great place for all ages to hang out and have some fun. After a day of enjoying the Black Hills, come back to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or tell stories around the wood-burning firepit. If you want a place with plenty of yard space to play, Sugarloaf will not disappoint!

During the winter months, there is no need to trailer your snowmobiles, because you can park right in the backyard and take off from there. It's a lodge to enjoy the serenity of winter while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa after building that perfect snowman. This lodge is set to create many family memories, with toys included for younger ages.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
