Get a glimpse of all the natural beauty the Black Hills has to offer. This cozy four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home enjoys a quiet locale sitting on 20 acres. It features a hot tub, a sauna, and a fully lit sand volleyball court. It has three bedrooms on the main floor, along with an additional bedroom in the basement. It has two full kitchens and plenty of space for the whole gang. With stunning views of the surrounding area, the beautiful backyard is a wonderful place to relax with friends and family during a long and rejuvenating vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Fantastic house, great location, lots of space!

We had a very comfortable stay here with our family of 5. We enjoyed the extra space, attention to detail, comfortable bedrooms, and the grounds. The location was great for our activities in Rapid City, Keystone, and Sturgis.

Perfect for a large family

Lots of beds for everyone and well supplied kitchen amenities. Beautiful location but close enough to Rapid City for local family to pop over. The carpet had some stains but our main negative was that the thermostat was locked and you have to text to get it changed. It was initially hot but the weather shifted and then it was too cool. Otherwise, had a great time and loved the house.

Great place!

Perfect set up for a large family! The extensive deck was our favorite place to spend time. The communication was wonderful with the owners! The mattresses could all use replaced but otherwise it was great. If you are staying with a reactive dog, there is a neighbor dog that roams the neighborhood and spent every day on our deck with us. It didn’t bother us, because our dog is dog friendly, but could create an issue with a reactive dog. She’s very sweet! I would definitely recommend this place for a large group!

This house was so big! The listing says it’s a 4 bed 3 bath but it’s really a 5 bed 3 full bath and 2 half baths. Hello from Iowa

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. It's spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and close to places we visited! Building a fire, relaxing in the hot tub and being out in the snow was the best part. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place but failed to mention laundry d[r needed to be closed for a/c to work in bedrooms. Proprty manager never responded to our request why a/c didn't work.

Perfect location

We explored from the Black Hills to Spearfish Canyon. The home was perfectly situated in the middle. It was clean, secluded and everything we hoped for!

Nice large home in quiet neighborhood

One thing to keep in mind with this property manager is that they will require you to validate your identity by submitting your identification and selfie to a 3rd party. If you do not complete this, your reservation will be cancelled. I had a great experience in my interactions with Vacasa. The home was clean and very roomy. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and felt very welcoming. I would not recommend that you plan to use the sleeper sofas as beds, even for teenagers. The appliances are older, but operational. The ping pong table, hot tub and sauna were wonderful indoor activities when it was cold outside. There was plenty of room for a group of 12 to spread out. We would recommend this home to others.

Lots of room for all

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location gives a great feeling of disconnecting while also plenty close to Rapid City. We had 9 adults and 3 children and we never felt crowded. We had an early family Christmas and the home was beautifully decorated for the season. A couple of minor surprises: there is zero cell service. Wifi worked great once we were connected. There are no extra linens provided so we were unable to use the hide-a-beds (and when we pulled them out, cleanliness was not ideal). The kitchen had nearly everything we could need. We didn't end up using the hot tub, but the sauna was lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made plenty of memories!

Crooked Canyon Lodge

The house has plenty of square footage if you are having a large group. Lots of open land around the house. Good location to all sights in and around the Sturgis Area. Neighbors dog would freely roam the grounds but was very friendly and loved to come visit, we loved to have her. However these are the things that were disappointing for the elevated price paid during the Sturgis rally week. - Hot Tube was not clean -The Jacuzzi in the Main Bedroom/Bathroom did not work. -Several Lightbulbs needed replacement, I assume that is why there was such a large supply in the laundry room. -The downstairs refrigerator was filthy - 2nd Bedroom with King Bed, supports were cobbled in and the mattress did not stay secure. -Open food containers of food left from previous renters, (I assume) -Generally need a good dusting in common areas visible dust and cob webs. -Stains on carpet in a few areas.

Great location

If you are looking for a place that is close to Rapid City and yet want feel like you are far away from the city in the beautiful Black Hills, you have found your place. The house has plenty of room with five beds in addition to a pull out couch. We brought an air mattress and blankets for the kids to sleep on and had plenty of room with 14 people in the house. The deck is large and makes spending time outside a wonderful perk. Vacasa was extremely easy to get ahold of and responded with any concerns we had. The house did smell like smoke when we arrived but we spent most of our time outside on the deck or on the trials hiking. The kitchen is well stocked and there are quite a few towels for you to use. The jacuzzi tub and one of the pull out couches did not work. They did leave a note on the tub and couch for us to see upon arrival so we knew they were not working. The hot tub was a nice addition to winding down in the evening. All in all the house has a very home away from home feel. Heads up…it took us awhile to figure out the alarm/noise going off every so often. Pretty sure we figured out it was security alarm when a car drove in/out of the driveway.
