Enjoy this cozy, quiet beach cottage overlooking Seabrook Island's Racquet Club.

As you enter this property, you'll see the private, spacious deck overlooking the courts. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine, and is equipped with a pair of Adirondack chairs and a grill for our guest's use. To the right of the front door is a sunroom fully furnished for relaxing on Island time.

Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room area with ample seating (and a pull-out couch), TV and some books. In this open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. There is also a table, counter stools, and a desk area with a strong WIFI signal for those who may need to work remotely. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

AMENITY CARDS: While this property does not offer amenity cards or club access, guests do have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access .PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

great location for tennis players. Great Refrigerator, apartment is very dated and dark. Needs new furniture. The existing furniture is old and worn. Hair dryer did not work. A good property for tennis players but unit needs updating.

Overall it.was good. For the price, an amenity card should have been included to use the facilities near the beach. Maintenance work should have been done while no renters were there. All of the outside railing scrapings were left in the porch area all over the floor and table making the area pretty much unusable for a day & a half. The television instructions are incorrect as well.

This property is is exactly as described. The best part is its location in private Seabrook Island. Seabrook has an amazing, long and smooth beach which can't be beat. It was also great to rent bikes and cruise around the island. We love Seabrook and this was a great home base for our vacation!

Great family beach trip!

Place as described but had 2 beach chairs, flour, sugar and spices too. Nice outdoor table and indoor table, 2 folding chairs. We had wasp issues outdoors which the managers quickly disposed of for us. Screened porch great. Very clean but some outdoor furniture needs TLC. Immediate response to emails. We will be back!!!

Clean and comfortable

Seabrook is a great place to enjoy the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch people playing tennis. The kitchen had everything you needed. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo etc. The bed and rooms were comfortable. Could not figure out how to use the TV but I wasn't there to watch TV. The walls are THIN. You can hear your neighbors.

Cool location

Tennis court villa

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this villa needs some updating: ceiling peeling, tile counter tops very outdated, furniture very worn, no ice maker in frig, etc. Bed was not very comfortable, very noisy. This villa has tons of potential with some updates. I would recommend this property.
