Host was welcoming and made everything easy. Great place to stay if you plan on spending a lot of time out exploring Salt Lake. Very convenient location! Kitchen is not really equipped for cooking multiple meals a day for a large group.

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The home was clean, well equipped, and exactly what we needed. Communication with the host was easy, and we’d happily stay here again.

I had a great stay at this home. The location was excellent, and the house had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The host was very nice and responsive. The location is ideal, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Easy on and off the highway. I do think some of the furnishings could be updated, and that a welcome package with coffee and creamers for the first day would be appreciated. The last thing I want to do after traveling all day is find a grocery store! If you bring your dog, the backyard is a good size and fenced in.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The host was very communicative. The property was very nicely maintained- very nice decor and amenities. I was surprised that everyday items were offered for use such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- which was greatly appreciated. The towels in the master bath were luxurious. Amenities such as smart tvs were also very nice- my kids really enjoyed the entertainment and the comfort of their rooms. Very clear instructions for check-out and during stay. Nice and safe feeling neighborhood. One thing that we found only slightly concerning was the side windows on the front and the back did not have window coverings. The master bed (king) was very squeaky but otherwise was very comfortable. The master bedroom downstairs was very spacious. Property is pet friendly (we were anticipating bringing our pets but ended up leaving them at home with family). Thank you so much for the great experience!

UNSAFE!!! We smelled gas and host refused to cancel. Gas company found 2 leaks PLUS unsafe carbon monoxide risk and wrote violations and turned off gas to property. Host was argumentative and rude. House unclean and dirty. ZERO STARS.

Great house in a safe neighborhood. Dog friendly, and even though we didn't bring ours this time, we'll keep it in mind. Seemed close to everything around, and most rides into the city were less than 15 minutes. Would go again.

Disappointed

I will start with what was good....the location and neighborhood are terrific! The air conditioner worked great and the fire pit worked well too. The house and yard are not maintained unfortunately. Upon arrival I had to do some weeding (under table weeds were 2 feet tall) in the back yard before my family arrived. I also had to do some inside cleaning. Every window sill was filled with dirt and every window was cloudy with years of weather and dirt. Doors and baseboards were so dirty it grossed me out. There was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in a well. Carpets and couches are stained. Kitchen did not include sponge and one roll paper towels for the week. We had to purchase toilet paper as well. One wash rag per bathroom was allotted, again 4 adults and a week stay. The upstairs bathroom floor looked to not have been cleaned ever. The mattresses are of the poorest quality. There is no access to the back yard from the house, very inconvenient. Look closely at the vrbo photos, there is no handle on the frig. Even the coffee maker is weird requiring oblong filters. I am sure Scott the owner is nice, however this place needs a deep clean and maintenance.
